Susana Urrutia did a great job cleaning our 3 bedroom apartment after we moved our stuff out. We have 3 cats, so there was lots of cat hair and dust build-up. Everything was spotless and done in a timely manner! I would definitely hire her and her team again. It was definitely cheaper and more efficient than any fees we would have been charged by our landlord. She even did a consult over FaceTime to minimize contact during the pandemic.

Susana and her crew were absolutely amazing!!! After a huge renovation, we weren't sure when we would be ready for the cleaning and Susana was very flexible. When they finally came to clean, they were so thorough, and professional, unlike any cleaning i have ever had. They were great! We had some scheduling changes and communication was really good between us via texting. Susana is so polite and personable. She had a whole team here to tackle my disaster of a house! We have a lot of clutter and a bathroom renovation construction job going on so this was not an easy job. They were so fast and efficient! I keep noticing little things that are so clean and I can't remember the last time the house looked this good. They were so thorough! And so friendly! We are DEFINITELY having Susana and her team continue to clean here every other week. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

OUTSTANDING! I've used other housekeeping services before but never one who really cleaned top to bottom. Better then me in my heyday! now that I'm in my sixties, I can't do the deep cleaning. Susanna and her girls thoroughly cleaned everything beyond normal vacuuming, mopping and dusting, it was spotless behind beds, up on light fixtures, stove grates, on top of my kitchen cabinets (that was dusty!!) she even changed the sheets! My husband is very happy, too!

They were fine. It was $240 a month. Their price was good.

I hired Susana after another cleaning service I was using started doing a poor job. Susana was quick to come out to my home and provide a quote. Her price was very reasonable. She and her team did an initial deep clean. My house smelled wonderful and shined when she was finished so I hired her to clean my house every other week. Her service continues to be extremely thorough. (She even vacuums under the couch cushions and will change the sheets on your beds!)

She showed up 15 minutes prior and was very professional when greeted. Susanna and her staff did an outstanding job. The services we requested came due to us selling our house and the final walk through was being conducted the day after the services were conducted. The soon to be home owners and our realtor were amazed with how clean the house was. They gave us credit but we ensured to give the credit to Susanna and her staff. Highly recommend her for anyone out there. I can assure you she will do a fantastic job.

I reached out to Susana after reading positive reviews about her services. She responded promptly to my inquiry, followed up with a visit to my home and provided me with an estimate for time and cost of services. We agreed on an initial cleaning with return visit every 2-3 weeks. She also provided references and encouraged me to contact several of her current clients. Susana arrived yesterday with 2 of her team for the first time whole house cleaning and they accomplished everything just as she had stated. My house was thoroughly clean and fresh from top to bottom when I arrived home 2 1/2 hours later! I cannot speak highly enough of Susana's pleasant demeanor, professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail and her team's respectful care of our home and belongings. She takes great pride in providing quality services!

I have an old home in Shaker Heights that needed a lot of attention. After reading the reviews of housecleaning services on Angie's list, I called Susana. She was working in the area, so she agreed to come over that afternoon. After walking through my home, she recommended a deep cleaning and follow up once a month. Susana was able to come the following Tuesday because of a last minute opening in her schedule. Susana came with a team of three people who cleaned for several hours. My home looked great when Susana's team finished. They did an excellent job on my hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, stovetop, bathrooms, furniture, etc., etc. They brought their own appropriate supplies. Susana even noticed an area on the oriental rug in my den that was being attacked by carpet moths. (I had blamed my cat. My cat is now off the hook and now I can avoid further damage to the rug ). Susana and her team are professionals who made an effort to understand my specific preferences. I was completely satisfied with Susan's work and look forward to having her back every three to four weeks.

Susana and her crew of 3 ladies worked 4.5 hours performing a deep cleaning that was sorely needed. The first and second floor of the house look and feel good again. As promised, Susana arrived on time, with fresh cleaning supplies (cloths and dusters) which were changed out frequently. The ladies worked through each room vacuuming, dusting, using well chosen cleaning supplies for different materials. They moved furniture to clean under it, vacuumed draperies, used step stools to reach high places; they even cleaned the inside of some of the windows! The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well. We look forward to having Susana and her crew at our house on a consistent schedule.

The only reason I don't want to write a review is because I don't want them to get so busy they can't come to my house anymore! We've tried so many services and had terrible luck, but Susana and her team have been great, responsive and attentive to detail! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Susana and her associates came to clean our new house before we moved in (2700 sqft.) . She cleaned the whole house from top to bottom, corner to corner. They also cleaned the inside of all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We were very pleased with the work that was done. We can literally pull up with the truck and unload. The communication was very good throughout and they were very fast the day of service. Although they were slightly delayed the day of work, she kept me informed along the way and were done promptly when she had estimated. Susana saved me so much prep time. We will be happy to have her back for a clean in the spring!

There was a team of two. They did an EXCELLENT job! The gutters were totally free of debris when they were finished. They left nothing to show the work had been done. No mess! They were most professional and courteous. I would call them back without reservation. In fact, I plan to utilize this company to help us get our yard in order in the future. (Clean up tree debris, haul away and plant grass seed).
