+ -1 moreAgh! - couldn't believe my central air started blowing warm right before heat wave this week! Found SKOOZ HVAC at the top of the list online, so I contacted him. He responded within minutes! Tried for 2nd quote w/ another company but that fell through & sure glad it did! Ed came out next day as promised; replaced failed capacitor & topped-off refrigerant at discount fee (didn't have to!) Very nice, professional guy: I will call no one else, going forward.

He thoroughly checked out my hot water heating system, made some repairs to the boiler, restarted it, and bled air out of all the radiators. He corrected other problems that had resulted from vandalism during the 2 years this foreclosed property had been vacant. He provided useful information on the system as well as maintenance tips. He went far beyond the level of service I have learned to expect in over 50 years owning houses and investment properties. Skooz's charge for all of this was very reasonable. I plan on being a return customer for my future HVAC needs.

SKOOZ Heating & Cooling LLC offers the following services: We provide maintenance, service, 24/7 repair and installation for gas/electric furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters (NOT TANKLESS), whole house humidifiers, gas/electric garage heaters, pleated or HEPA filters, duct work, UV lites for returns, plenums or evaporators, electrical work such as ceiling fans, "safe & accessible" attic fan repair or replacement, indoor/outdoor outlets, but NO new breaker panel installations. Snake camera used for inspection of heat exchangers in furnaces, evaporator coils for blockage and to inspect chimneys. We do plenum and duct sealing and/or insulation to help reduce heat and cooling loss. House winterizing for when you leave on vacation or relocate for Winter months. Don't let your water pipes burst while you're gone. We can also inspect dryer vents with camera to see if vent pipes need cleaning. If pipes are dirty or blocked, we have the proper equipment to clean vents, pipes and we can also replace any flex venting if damaged or blocked. *(SEE PICS)* in photo section. *Recommend hard fire proof vent pipe, not flex venting which can over heat. We only install 40 & 50 gallon gas or electric water heaters, but service all makes and sizes except for tankless type.
