Response from Rios Pools
All items, although not covered under our standard warrantied items in the installation agreement, were replaced at no charge. Issues customer was experiencing were not due to faulty workmanship on products. Customer fully understands the cause of problems he is experiencing and agrees that Rios Pools LLC has satisfied his concerns. He understands that going forward, any additional problems are fully his responsibility.

After moving into our newly purchased home, I tried repeatedly to contact them to come open the pool. I never received a return phone call nor did anyone ever answer when called and many times I just received a message the mail box was full. They came out unannounced to open the pool and when I talked to the guys doing the work, they said "we just come out and work on the pool when we think it needs it and the former ower was ok with that and they didn't know I had tried to contact them." I tried to get an understanding of the operations of the filter, deck fountains, rock fountain and slide and they couldn't explain nor get many of them to operate as they didn't know how to operate them. About 10 days after they opened the pool, the filter quite working and pool looked horrible in color, so again I tried calling, but with no response ever. I finally contacted Hastings Water Works, who is a very highly rated pool service company and they immediately took the call and came out in a couple of days to fix the filter and were able to explain all the opearations of the pool. Since then we have set up bi-weekly maintenance with Hastings and will continue to use them. We do not recommend Rios Pools and will not use them again.
Description of Work: Rios Pools installed the pool in the house we purchased and after we moved in came out and opened the pool without contacting us to let us know they were coming out.
