+ 0 moreTHEY WERE EFFICIENT. THE FURNACE IS RUNNING WELL AND HEATING BETTER THAN IT EVER DID. THEY REPLACED IT ALL WITHOUT ME BEING HOME. IT WAS GREAT TO COME HOME TO A JOB WELL DONE.
Description of Work: BRIAN'S COMPANY FIXED MY FURNACE WHEN IT SHUT DOWN. THEY ALSO REPLACED MY WATER HEATER.

+ -1 moreBRIAN CAME OUT TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE ON 12/15/05. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BY TUESDAY, 12/20/05. WHEN I DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM I CALLED & LEFT MESSAGES WITH HIS SECRETARY TO CALL ME BACK. HE DIDNT CALL BACK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, WHICH MAKES ME WONDER WHY HE EVEN BOTHERED TO COME TO MY HOUSE FOR AN ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: 4 NEW FAUCETS, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, & UNDER-SINK ADJUSTMENTS. ESTIMATE WAS FOR $900.

+ -1 moreTERRIBLE PROBLEMS--CAME IN HOUSE WITHOUT ESTIMATE OR CONTRACT AND STARTED WORK EVEN WHEN ASKED TO FIRST GIVE ESTIMATE. THEN GAVE HIGH BID AND WORK NEVER COMPLETED. HAD TO HAVE GAS LEAK FIXED AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED LINE. HE FILED LIEN FOR PAYMENT FOR HVAC SERVICES AND NEVER DID ANY HVAC SERVICE, HAS NO SIGNED CONTRACT, POOR COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW THROUGH
Description of Work: REFUSED TO GIVE BID, OR HONOR TERMS DISCUSSED. DID START TO COMPLETE REMODELING WORK DONE BY ANOTHER PLUMBER. BROUGHT IN SOME PIECES OF PIPE AND FITTINGS, SOME WHICH DIDNT EVEN FIT NOR WERE THEY USED AND HE CLAIMS TO HAVE NEARLY $500 IN EQUIPMENT AND THEN DOUBLE CHARGED PER HOUR FEE BECAUSE HE SENT 2 GUYS IN. MAJOR RIPOFF
