+ -1 moreRick came out for a free inspection. He when up on the roof, inspected it, and noted a couple of spots needed to be re-caulked, which he did. Otherwise the roof looked ok. When I asked how much I owed him, he said no charge. Usually when a company says "free inspection" they find something to do but not in this case. Very satified and will check back with them in a year or 2.
