Description of Work: I contacted Paul and he came out to give me an estimate on a bathroom remodel. After he gave me the estimate, I ran into my original contractor who was working on a job. This contractor had told me he was retiring, but when I met him, he told me he was putting off retiring. I did not hire Paul, but would have if my original contractor was actually retired. Paul was very professional and knew exactly what would be needed for my bathroom remodel. I was very impressed with Paul and as I said would have hired him for the job.

Excellent!
Description of Work: It was time to retire the 1949 bathroom and transform it into a contemporary space. Paul Ziemski and his team did an excellent job. Paul was on time every day, kept the work space clean, and he was on budget. It was a pleasure to work with Pride Remodeling and I will do it again.

Description of Work: Pride did a complete remodel of (2) bathrooms in an 85-year old house in Cleveland Heights. The work included compete demos, carpentry, drywall, extensive plumbing, electrical, tiling and installation of new fixtures. Pride is an expert in all of these areas and/or provided quality subs to do the electrical and plumbing. They are real professionals who provided real details on the scope of work. There was nothing to doubt about the work they would do. They even did some extra little details without asking for more money. They started the work and finished when they said they would. They showed up to work on time and left the house clean and neat at the end of each day. I've never had such a great experience with any contractor before. They were also a great value on the overall price of the work. Do yourself a favor and hire Paul & Eric.

PRIDE IS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY ARE RELIABLE, PROMPT, TRUSTWORTHY, AND DO QUALITY WORK. PAUL ZIEMSKI (OWNER) KEEPS CLOSE TABS ON THE WORK, DOES A GOOD BIT OF IT HIMSELF, AND IS A CRAFTSMAN RATHER THAN A HUSTLER. (WHICH IS WHAT MOST REMODELING PEOPLE SEEM LIKE). HE HAS OUR COMPLETE TRUST AND WILL GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN. THE WORK ON THE WINDOWS DREW THE SHARPEST CONTRAST BETWEEN PRIDE AND THE GUYS WHO ADVERTISE ON TV. PAUL WAS A BIT HIGHER IN PRICE, BUT THE WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY WERE WELL WORTH THE COST. BOTH THE KITCHEN AND DEN ARE BEAUTIFUL RENOVATIONS IN AN OLD HOUSE. PRIDE DOES NOT CUT CORNERS IN THEIR WORK. ALSO, HIS SUB-CONTRACTORS ARE HERE WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED, SO THE WORK GOES PRETTY SMOOTHLY. THEY ARE CLEAN, NEAT, AND THE HOUSE IS USABLE AND TIDY AFTER EACH DAY'S WORK. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. YOU WILL SPEND MORE, BUT THE VALUE IS TREMENDOUS.
Description of Work: WE'VE USED THEM TWICE. ONCE FOR THE KITCHEN AND ONCE FOR THE DEN AND ASSORTED OTHER WINDOW REPLACEMENTS. IN THE KITCHEN WORK INCLUDED; NEW CABINETS, COUNTER TOPS, PAINTING, ETC. IN THE DEN; 6 NEW WINDOWS, PAINTING, ETC. THEY ALSO INSTALLED 2 BATHROOM WINDOWS.

THE OWNER, PAUL ZIEMSKI, AND EVERY ONE OF HIS WORKERS WITH WHOM MY WIFE AND I DEALT, WERE VERY FRIENDLY, COMMUNICATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND EAGER TO PLEASE.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR ENTIRE BASEMENT FINISHED, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF A HALF-BATH. WHAT WAS CEMENT FLOORS, OPEN CEILINGS, AND CINDER BLOCK WALLS IS NOW A VERY NICE CARPETED LIVING SPACE, WITH PAINTED DRYWALL WALLS AND A COMBINATION DRYWALL AND DROP CEILING.
