NU-FRONTS INC

Not as great as I have hoped. Pro's- accommodating sales people (Dick), price is good compared to others, wood that was ordered was beautiful and came with various styles of beveled wood for free (other companies charged extra). Neutral's- Darius (who completed the work) was never on time but usually came within the hour. Usually worked from 10:30 am to 3 - 4 pm. Con's- the kitchen was not cleaned every day, I had to clean/vacuum every night (since the kitchen is in the middle of the house). Even after the job was completed and he vacuumed, I still had to spend an hour cleaning everything. Also, no appliances were covered during this process. Overall the work was good, but some of it was sloppy. A quarter of the wood panels in the kitchen had noticeable nail gun dents in it (most of it I'm dealing with but had him replace one of the panels). One of the hardware knobs is crooked. I had to point out the little imperfections to him once he was finished. Wrong valence was ordered. Lastly, professionalism. Darius needed to come back another day to finish up the kitchen, but pressured me (and became frustrated) to pay him that day before the work was 100% completed. He tried to put the guild trip on me by saying that he had a lot of money invested in this project and how it was already finished (even though 2 things needed to be corrected). With previous Angie's List reviews, I had high hopes for this company. Overall, the work was ok, but I would not hire them again, especially when they disrespect their customers.

Met with owner to take measurements and get estimate of the kitchen cabinets in one of our apartment units where a tenant had moved out. We picked cabinet facing and scheduled date. Darius was there on time and had everything he needed. The cabinets look wonderful, he was done quickly, and his price was very, very competitive. However, upon cleaning up the mess in the kitchen, we found that NuFronts left glue all over the counter tops, sink, stove and range hood. A house cleaner actually ruined our range hood trying to get the glue off. Saw dust was all over from sawing cabinets, which I expected, but they didn't cover the stove or counter tops with a sheet, so saw dust went into the stove's electrical coils and had to be vacuumed out and cleaned, plus there was glue on top of saw dust. We didn't notice the glue at first because we hadn't cleaned yet from last tenant being there, but when we did, it turned into a big deal. Soooo, if you do hire this company, I would BE SURE to stipulate that they should put something over your counter tops and be very careful with the glue. Not sure why it was so abundant, but there was glue on the floor and had to be cleaned off linoleum too. It was all around the cabinet area. There is one stripping between cabinets that keeps popping off. I will glue it back on myself. The price was right, however.

Darius did a fabulous job. He was a hard worker and good at what he does. Always on time, worked late, excellent !

The cabinets turned out to be absolutely beautiful! Just as we had imagined it and more! Darius did a superb job and we couldn't be happier. He was easy to work with and did real precision work. We chose Nu-fronts based on comments and ratings on Angie's List and were not disappointed - outstanding work and professional job. Pricing, based on discussions with others was very reasonable - particularly with wood versus laminates - Nu-Front offers both and a number of different color options. We highly recommend this company.

Started the work on time and finished in 4 days. Darius completed the work himself. Quoted us much lower than Home Depot for similar work. A great combination of price, quality and timeliness. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at cabinet refacing.

Very well

The work was beautifully done, and the person who performed the work cleaned up nicely every day. The job took about three days, and the good clean up he did helped to minimize the disruption since the kitchen is in the center of the house. He was efficient, polite and amicable. When there were a couple small details after the job that I wanted a little different he came out and performed the adjustments and, while he was at it, reset the hinges on my china cabinet door as a favor, no additional charge. Very nice company, good people.

The guy that they sent out here to do the work was outstanding.

Darius came to my house a few times with ideas and estimates depending on what I wanted done. He did the work he promised to do in the time he said it would take. He had great ideas that made the kitchen come together. The work was great, he cleaned up after himself and did a few things to complete the overall look himself!

The salesman was very helpfu and informative. The owner also is the installer. A real plus! He also comes with 25 years experience. He was punctual, professional and very easy to work with. NuFronts has a great product. People can't tell it is not real wood. The workmanship was excellent. NuFronts price was significantly lower than another company selling the same product. Disruption was minimal. My kitchen was swept clean each day. The entire job took 3 days. I am very pleased with the work done by this local company. NuFronts gave me the kitchen I wanted in a very short period of time. I highly recommend them

Although the estimate was very reasonable, we decided not to reface the bathroom cabinets. But I have no complaints with the way Nu-Fronts handled my request for an estimate.

They quoted me about $8000 to $10000. I haven’t made a decision and I haven’t gone with anybody yet. They were very professional. We had some questions. The gentleman who had come to do the measuring wasn’t sure, but he was concerned that I get the proper information. So he checked with his boss who then followed up with me. They had very good options. I also talked to another store and I was trying to get quotes from several people, but I certainly think everybody should look into Nu-Fronts. I would get a quote from them in the future too.

It was a small job, but they agreed to the work. The price was reasonable.

They cleaned up everything and did an excellent job. They were very precise. If I needed them again, I would hire them.

They do a very good job. We would use them again.
