I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BERNIE (OWNER). HE CHARGES BY THE SQUARE FOOT AND IT'S THE SAME WHETHER YOU LIVE IN BEACHWOOD OR CLEVELAND. HE DOES NOT SCOPE OUT YOUR HOUSE AND GIVE YOU A QUOTE ON HOW MUCH HE THINKS YOU CAN AFFORD. THE JOB TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN HE THOUGHT DUE TO SOME PREP WORK IN THE DINING ROOM (AND I ADDED A ROOM WHICH I PAID FOR OUTSIDE OF THIS JOB) BUT HE STUCK WITH HIS QUOTE. GREAT GUY.
Description of Work: HAD THE 2-STORY FOYER, DINING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM (2 STORY), HALLWAY, BASEMENT STAIRS, MASTER BEDROOM, MASTER BATHROOM AND SON'S BEDROOM PAINTED. HE HAD TO DO A LOT OF PREP WORK ON THE DINING ROOM.
