Description of Work: Our hot water tank began to leak and we called a couple of Heating and cooling companies Thursday morning. Only to be told that they were to busy.A company did show up on Thursday and wanted A lot of money including a $100.00 charge to hau the old water tank to the curb. I than contacted Eric at Lake Erie Plumbing around 6:00 pm on Thursday. I told Eric my problem, he asked to measure the height of my tank and call him back.I called him back, he quoted me a price and said he could be there by 3:00 pm Friday. He was a few minutes early, had the new tank installed, old tank outside and everything cleaned up within a couple of hours. THANK YOU ERIC!!

Description of Work: Lake Erie Plumbing/Eric did all all plumbing work when we remodeled the kitchen. Eric installed the dishwasher, garabage diposer,refrigerater and all the plumbing for the new sink which he also installed shutoffs.During our remodeling project, Eric made several trips to re install the old sink so we werent without a sink. He also made another trip showing up at the end of his day to install the stove so we had something to cook with . He also fixed a faucet the was dripping that wasnt part of the remodeling project He also let us know when he was coming over, he was on time. and never left a mess.

+ -1 moreTALKED TO ERIC AND HE WAS HAPPY TO OBLIGE. HE SENT HIS TECH. EMIL TO DO THE INSPECTION. EMIL SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME CLEANING. I USUALLY VACUUM THE INSIDE OF THE FURNACE A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR. I WAS SURPRISED AT AMOUNT OF DIRT AND CRUD SOME OF WHICH WAS PROBABLY 24 YEARS OLD. HE ADVISED THAT THE BLOWER WHEEL WAS CLOGGED AND CAUSING AN OVERHEAT CONDITION. REMOVING AND CLEANING IT WOULD REQUIRE ANOTHER APPT. I DIDNT CARE IF I HAD TO PAY FOR THAT BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A SHOT MYSELF. HAD TO TAKE THE BLOWER WHEEL OUT ON THE DRIVEWAY AND USE A HOSE ON IT. REALLY A DIRTY JOB BUT I COULDNT LET EMIL HAVE ALL THE FUN. PLEASE DO NOT WET THE MOTOR IF YOU TRY THIS PEOPLE.SOME OF US ON ANGIES LIST ARE MECHANICALLY INCLINED SOME ARE NOT. ABSOLUTLY NO SHAME IN NOT WANTING TO GET ALL DIRTY AND UNLOVED. FOR THOSE THAT THINK THE CLEANING AND INSPECTION THING IS A COME ON, THINK DIRT, CARBON MONOXIDE, EFFICIENCY, AND STUFF LIKE THAT. IM GLAD I HAD THIS DONE WHEN I DID. AND NO I AM NOT OR HAVE I EVER BEEN A FRIEND OR RELATIVE OF ANYONE IN THE HVAC BUSINESS.

Description of Work: Eric saved me A LOT of money by advising me over the phone on how to repair a switch on my washing machine. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Another company wanted to charge me $80 service fee and $18 per each 15 minutes to fix the switch. I will always use Eric in the future because of his knowledge, honesty and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

+ 2 moreHe is timely, professional, courteous. He is very, very knowledgeable and his price is reasonable. While not inexpensive, he gets the job done right and if I add up all my wasted $ on other plumbing issues.... he has saved me money.
Description of Work: I have used Eric in numerous instances but just joined Angie's list. He has fixed plumbing problems that no one else could (local handiman, rotor rooter, other)...He has fixed dishwasher that no one else could and advised me to keep it as they "don't make them like they used to. He just installed and built stand for a ventless washer/dryer... also installed cabinets in the garage to make up for space they were losing (as they put the washer/dryer in their kitchen cabinet.)
