+ -1 moreOur garage floor was slanting toward the house so the water constantly collected near the house instead of going down the drain. Kevin and his crew removed the existing floor and replaced it with new concrete. The job went really smooth and his crew did a great job. We no longer get puddles of water where they don't belong and it drains nicely the way it's supposed to.

+ 0 moreThe job was delayed about a week because he was finishing up another job, but he let us know and scheduled a new date with us, which wasn't a problem. The job was completed in a couple of days, and my husband was home most of that time to see the work. Everything was done exactly as proposed, and everyone that represented the company, including the electrician that disconnect and reconnected our air conditioner, was friendly and accommodating. We may be doing some concret work in a couple of years, and will definitely call K P again.
Description of Work: We had a leak in the corner of our basement, and we were referred to K P by someone at the nursery where my husband buys his plants. We called, Kevin came out, gave us an estimate, and a lot of great information about the possible causes, and how it would be repaired. He spent a great deal of time with my husband and myself and answered all of our questions. We did get another estimate from a company that had done work for our neighbor. That estimate was higher and that company would not have been able to do the job until spring. We decided that we would go with K P Concrete. K P dug up outside around the foundation from our sunroom to the corner, and around the corner. The air conditioner and the fence needed to be moved, and they handled that as well. They contracted with an electrician to disconnect and reconnect the air conditioner. They sealed the foundation, reinstalled the fence and replaced the dirt.

+ -1 moreThe driveway is to date the largest investment ive made in my home, so i had 6 quotes before i chose a contractor. while not the cheapest quote, the owner of the company was more than willing to give me addresses of past jobs in my area and his work was extremely well executed. i awarded the contract to the driveway to them out of my desire for high quality/value. When the work started the crew was professional and polite. They kept the yard immaculate and their individual attention to detail was superb. my driveway looks amazing now, probably the nicest in the area. I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise and would recommend them to anyone in need of service.

+ -1 moreHe poured a 23' x 20' patio. He did a very good job initially. The next day he came back to seal it, but did it incorrectly so the finish did not look as I wanted it to. Part of the patio looks great but the other half looks bad. I have called him to come back out and reseal the patio but he has not returned my calls.
