Description of Work: Jim painted our entire home in 2005. His quality has endured and we have been extremely pleased. This winter we had him do touch up of various things around the house to bring it back to uts original quality. He blended the original with the new with consummate care.

+ 0 moreSee above. He was totally unprofessional and in the end just left us hanging. Didn't have the decency to call us even once. This was after assuring us he always let his customers know what was going on. If you have a big jov for lots of money, I'm sure he'll treat you well. Anything less, beware.
Description of Work: Jim was supposed to touch up paint 3 room which carpet installers had nicked and scraped. He came out and assured us that he would "take care of us". He was on time for the evaluation and seemed nice enough. He didn't show up twice and never called. We called him and rescheduled each time. The third time he said "I'm too busy to help you" We got it done in 1 day when we called the carpet company back and complained about him. He had bigger jobs. He was totally unprofessional..

+ 1 moreHe did one bathroom and I liked him so much I had the second bathroom done. He's very professional and very straight-forward; he tells you like it is. He gives good decorating ideas.
Description of Work: I used Jim's Painting and Decorating for bathroom decorating. I gutted the bathroom and redid it. He also put in ceramic tile in my daughter's rental.

+ 2 moreTheir work was absolutely outstanding. They are very professional, arriving on time, protecting floors ( cabinets, etc.), and cleaning up when done. The prep work was just as meticulous as the painting itself. When light reflects on the finished project, the walls are smooth and flawless. We are delighted with their work and would recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: Jim's has done several rooms in our home. We've had them do bedrooms, bathroom, foyer, wood trim and some exterior work.
