Glossy Clean

Description of Work: After a list was provided to the manager, the housecleaning crew came over and missed about 11 items from my list. This list was discussed with the manager in person. It seemed that one of the two cleaners did really good work while the other did a mediocre job. I was told my house would be cleaned "top to bottom" with specific spots on my walls and doors pointed out by the manager. When I got home from work and had a chance to look around, I was happy with some areas of my home while I wondered if they spent more than 30 seconds in other rooms. My nanny said that 2 women were there for 2 hours. Basically, I paid $110 per hour for a job that wasn't done to my standards. When the manager called to ask about my level of satisfaction, I listed the many items that were missed and she repeatedly blamed it on a misunderstanding by me, her or her employees. Finally, my husband spoke with her and she sent her crew back and they fixed most of the items that were not done the first time around. It was incredibly awkward. The manager called me to say her crew was done and that I needed to check the house and make sure that I was happy and if I wasn't, I was to point out to her crew what I wanted fixed until I was satisfied. At that point, I was to send them home and then she hung up on me. I felt extremely funny with this. I am not their boss and didn't feel comfortable bossing them around. So I just sent them home.
