Big Deal for foundation inspection. I think he is fair. He was being informative especially for a first time homeowner. He was not pushing to sell.

Kevin and Dan explained what they would do and did exactly that. They worked consistently through the 3 1/2 days of work and answered all of my questions as they progressed. They removed the dirt, cleaned the walls, replaced the clay footer drain tiles with PVC. They also added separate PVC connecting the downspouts. Walls were tarred, an ice guard type material was added then stone filled to finish. I am confident this has solved my water issues and I will no longer have to worry about water getting into the basement. BTW, several clay tiles were found to have settled and were 3/4 filled with mud. I highly recommend them. Several neighbors came by to see their work and are getting estimates. The grass took a bit more of a beating than I imagined but am hopeful that it will bounce back to normal soon. After running over with heavy loads of dirt and stone, this is expected and I will have the lawn aerated this fall.

I would hire this company again. The owners did the work. Very easy to talk to and answered all my questions and I truly believe honest. They wanted me around so that I could see their work as it progressed. A 5ft area was hand dug out. The crack was chiseled, filled, covered with tar, then covered with a sheeting material. The hole was refilled with the material that was dug out. This all took one day to do. I talked to several companies. This one and the another one really seemed to know what they were doing; I went with Drytech as I got a better price. Kevin, also never tried to oversell the scope of the job which he could have easily done and others did. Now I am no longer afraid of foundation repair as I know who I would use and that I would get a good price.

I highly recommend Drytech as a contractor. I had a great experience. The cost was in line with several other estimates. Kevin and Dan are knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. They did a fantastic job and were willing to work with me finding solutions for my situation. For example, I had asked to have a new walkway poured but instead Kevin had an idea to repurpose some slate from around the house to make a new walk that matches the existing one. It looks great! I would definitely work with Kevin and Dan again.

I met with Kevin and Dan Gallagher, who both came to my home for an evaluation of the foundation, and a plan to divert water away. Both Kevin and Dan spent a 2 hours looking at the property, checking out the exterior and interior walls, and giving me all of the details on a waterproofing plan. I asked a lot of questions, and went back over their suggestions a few times to make sure I knew what I was getting. We talked about various plans after the waterproofing, and even suggested other companies who might help with the exterior foundation. I certainly did not expect them to be so open, and not even try to hard sell me a contract. Later, I told the DryTech team that I wasn't going to use their service at this time and would delay making a decision on a waterproofing project until the following year. Surprisingly, both Dan and Kevin contacted me to let me know that if I need anything in the future, or if I want to reanalyze my waterproofing plan, that all I have to do is call. I had interviewed many waterproofing and landscaping companies to help with my home, and not one of them came close to the level of customer service and detail that DryTech waterproofing provided me. When the time is right, I will certainly consider DryTech waterproofing services in the future.

Exterior waterproofing performed by DryTech. Everything was done well, at a good pace and for a fair price. Owner's were responsive and courteous of my property. No complaints and would definitely use them again if the situation presented itself.

When have you ever contacted a contracter without even leaving a message and they called you back almost immediately evan after starting your job?Two brothers who were very polite and informative.They answered every concern that We had.They did an excellent job and even when they found out that they needed more stone the usual they never charged us more.I would recommend them to everyone!

The guys were very nice and honest. I had other people out here who told me I had to dig up around the whole inside and outside even though we didn't even have any puddles in the house. I appreciated the honesty, and if we do get any water in the spring, I will definitely call Dry tech to come back out.

They came out quickly and took a look at the problem area. He told me that while they could come out and fix the problem, it was something I could resolve on my own easily. He saved me some money and I really appreciated that he was truthful with me instead of trying to make a quick buck.

The work was performed as agreed upon in a professional and timely manner. They were punctual and completed the job in a timely manner considering the weather conditions they dealt with in the Spring. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. I got three bids and the other two were much more than DryTech, and Drytech was very efficient, courteous, and did a great job. I've already referred them to friends. Kevin and his crew were great!!

Dan arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He checked the outside of the house and also inspected the basement for leaks. He gave me an estimate and although I could not use his service for a couple of months or so, I told him that I would get back with him. In the meantime I had someone come out with a camera to inspect the pipes and the found that my needs had changed. I called Dan back and told the gentleman on the phone about the results and he referred me to someone who could better fit my needs. Very professional and thank you!

Dan and Kevin did an excellent job of waterproofing one of my basement walls. Dan explained the process in detail before work started and kept me informed as work progressed. Dan and Kevin were knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and they patiently answered all of my questions. I especially appreciate their honesty, dependability, thoroughness and strong work ethic. They always went above and beyond what was expected of them. For a job well done in a timely manner, I highly recommend DryTech Waterproofing.

We can't say enough good about this company & the work they do. We found them on Angie's list & the good references they had. Kevin & Dan came out in June I think & went over our basement walls & floors with flashlights & showed us where our problems were with water coming up through cracks in the basement floor after the ground would get saturated with water from a lot of rain. We ask to have the work done in the fall. They came in Oct.. Laid plywood over the grass where ever they were working. Did what they needed to do. They kept us informed on every detail as they went along & patiently answered our many questions. They discussed any unexpected changes that had to be made. AND there were some!! They earned every penny of what it cost us to get the work done & the piece of mind we now have knowing it was done right. They dug up & hauled away shrubs from the front of the house & down the side. Our lawn was left in excellent shape. Only about 3' of dirt around the house is the only evidence they were here. Kevin, Dan, and Dave did a great job. They answered all my questions and I felt completely satisfied that the job was being done properly. Thanks to the reviews here on Angie's List, I was confident in hiring them. I am also going to have the guys put up a deck for me in the spring and some basement remodeling.

Kevin was very clear with his estimate and explained everything going on with our basement. He took the time to take a good look at our situation so there wouldn't be any surprises. The work was scheduled and they showed up the week they said they would and got started. Kevin and his crew were neat, professionals, and were very easy to work with. They kept us in the loop as far as where they were and would answer all our questions. When the job was complete, they did a great job cleaning up. Its like they were never there. Kevin was very professional, knowledgable , and friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns. He communicated at each step so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive and I was very satisfied with his work. He left the yard in good condition and we have not had any water in the basement since! I would highly recommend his company.

They were priced slightly higher than other waterproofing outfits, but their honesty, quality of work and reliability to get the job done outweighed the difference. They go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. An example was when they replaced a section of sidewalk and step on the side of my house. They stayed late to insure that the concrete was cured enough so that it could not be vandalized. In addition, they did additional work that was beyond the agreement. They provided gravel for a future patio and trenched a ditch for an electrical line between my house and garage. They answered the vast questions I had and insured that I understood the work they were performing. They kept me up to date with the work done and next steps as well. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Kevin was great to work with. I could tell from the beginning by the details he provided with his estimate that he knew exactly what would be needed for the entire project, and had the expertise I was looking for to do the job, particularly with the removal and reconstruction of the brick planter along this section of the house. Weather toward the end of summer/early fall caused some delays from the originally planned dates but that was no issue. When we were scheduled, my concerns about snow and cold were addressed by Kevin and were not an issue. The entire project spanned about two weeks, but a week of that was down time due to weather and the Thanksgiving holiday. The work was completed, the masonry work is excellent, the care in removal and replacement of soil, protection of surrounding lawn and landscaping was maintained. I can't say enough good things about how great it was working with Kevin. Most important to me is to have a contractor who is reliable, professional, trustworthy and accountable and someone who can be relied on to do the job agreed to without a need for constant oversight - Kevin is such a contractor. I will absolutely use them again when needed.

Rather than quoting us for an expensive re-waterproofing, Kevin recommended first step - to remove organic matter at expansion strip between house & driveway, fill with sand and seal with Sika caulking. Much appreciated.

Our basement walls replacement and waterproofing was very excellent and completed by Kevin and Dan of DryTech Waterproofing. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and by the end of the job, we considered them a part of your family. The masonry work is beautiful and they were extremely creative about handling issues specific to our home. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again for more work to our home in the future. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Dan. They know exactly how to fix our problem and their price was very reasonable.

They kept in great contact, updating us by phone what to expect. Worked with my husband to fit us in sooner rather than later. Always called back when they said they would and showed up at the exact time promised. They were very professional, friendly and explained everything, even took the time to be kind to our 17 month old who was of course very interested in everything that was going on! Would definitely recommend and would use them again, though hopefully won't have to!
