Sajag Patel is the founder and CEO of BOLD Real Estate Consultants. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Science. His professional experience includes software engineering and income property management. Sajag began his real estate career as a property investor in 2004. His passion for real estate, and his enthusiasm for helping others, led him to become a professional REALTOR® in 2009. His hard work and early success earned him “Rookie of the Year” recognition in 2010. After helping many families avoid foreclosure, Sajag Patel earned professional designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert in 2011. He augmented his skills by becoming a Certified Negotiation Expert in 2012. He is a 3-year member of the Agent Leadership Council. He also completed the challenging BOLD program at Keller Williams Realty on three separate occasions. The KW BOLD program is highly-regarded in the industry, and is considered by many as the “gold standard” of sales excellence and tenacity. Today, Sajag Patel assists home buyers, home sellers, property investors, and distressed property owners with their real estate needs. He is a Top Producer among professional REALTORS®, and earns his success by putting his clients first. I would highly recommend using bold real estate agents and Pietro (Pete) Bonani as your agent to sell or buy your home. I recently purchased my first time home through Pete who went above and beyond to assist me and find the perfect home for me. I am relocating back to Ohio from New Mexico which could have been very difficult. However Pete and the office staff (Sue Burkey )made it very easy for me. I am so thankful for them. And they continue to assist me while I make this big move!! Thank you all again. Karla

This sale took place in a very difficult market. There were more than 90 houses in the same area that had been foreclosed and were selling at extremely depressed prices. Mr. Patel managed to find a family that wanted the house and was able to pay a reasonable price for the market. He facilitated the sale so that I did not need to travel.

We started our home search process back in early Spring and probably saw over 25 homes before we finally found a house that felt like a home. The whole time we were searching the Bold team was patient and helpful because they wanted us to be happy in the home we chose. This was our first home and the whole process from A to B was smooth and professional!
