+ -1 moreI called All Starz and reached Johnny today. Holiday, day after Christmas to make it more challenging. Temps in the single digits, and the furnace was not blowing hot air. He was at my home within a couple of hours max. Assessed the situation quickly, and identified our intake pipe outside was clogged with snow and leaves. He cleaned it out, and also took the time to show my husband for the future. His price was reasonable, work was quick, and he was very kind. Even took his shoes off when he entered my home. Thank you so much for relieving my mind on this frigid winter day! Would definitely use again and highly recommend. The Lockharts

Tech didn’t charge for service call even though he had made a special trip to Home Depot to purchase a similar thermostat in case it needed to be replaced. Technician was very pleasant and polite, wore mask and shoe covers before entering the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.
