Description of Work: They installed four windows, highly over priced. The sales kid came out with his dog and pony show. Do NOT fall for this tactic like I did. The windows would not close. It's that simple. They refused to stand behind their warranty. I put forth the facts, and they finally agreed to give me a full refund, but I had to have my new installer remove the windows. They threw this at me the day before my new installer was scheduled to arrive. The windows needed to be returned by me, they refused to remove them. I had to return them in like new condition. I did just that. This particular window has been over engineered to the point that it will not close. Long story short, I will never use them again.

The owner, Joe Lamusga, arrived on time with two very experienced crew members. These guys were gret -- friendly, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, absolutely the BEST!! I had a situation where a very well-known local company had installed four windows a couple of months earlier. These windows would not close. Period. They refused to remove the windows. That company agreed to reimburse me only if their windows could be removed by my new installer with no damage whatsoever. These guys took special care to ensure the defective windows were removed without a hitch, The quality of their installation far exceeded that of the other company. I returned the old windows and got a full refund. I love my new windows!! It's warmer, quieter -- and safer. Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows stepped up to the plate and hit a home run!! If you're looking for a Five Star installer, you've found it with Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows. I will be telling all my friends!
