Redefine Floors

I would not hire this company. Project took months longer than quoted with many Excuses. Things were damaged and not fixed or replaced. Always an excuse. I have waited a year to place this review to see if they would back their work.

Horrible person to work with. Keeps putting off work and giving excuses. Left us with an incomplete job. Owes us thousands of dollars. Bounced checks. More excuses given every time we speak to him. Avoid this company at all costs!! Looking into legal action now.

We had Justin contracted since October 2022 and we’re now left with a half completed project after we paid the deposit for the full project. Took weeks to respond, if he got back to us at all. Always had an excuse but seemed to still be working on other projects in my neighborhood. He finally gave us a refund for the incomplete part of the project, only after saying we’d be looking into legal action as a next step. I don’t recommend this company but at the very least I would be leery about providing any kind of deposit before work is done. Just flat out bad business.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Justin and his crew were so patient and helpful in the design and they created an absolutely beautiful custom shower for us. Their professionalism was refreshing because we had previously tried to hire people and they either never got back to us with an estimate or just didn’t show up for the job. We couldn’t be any happier with Redefine Floors and will definitely use them again and would also refer them to friends and family!

Demo old floors and install new LVT. Work went smooth, communicated well what they needed and remained on schedule. End result was amazing.

I was referred to Justin by a friend and couldn’t be more happy with his work. We originally hired him to come in and move some pluming under the concrete, drywall and waterproofing the shower. A few months passed and I attempted the tile myself, he was willing to help with any questions and guide me. Needless to say I’m not a pro so he came in and finished the job for me. It’s BEAUTIFUL! Harringbone on a 45. Can’t wait for our next bathroom remodel! Thanks Justin & Ricky!

I hired Redefine floors to do a floor in my bathroom, not only did the the company offer me multiple options for my needs but explained the pros and cons of each material. The guys are very professional and I would hire again for sure. Would definitely recommend. They answered all of my questions. Overall Great crew
