Phil and his crew were timely, efficient, and professional. The work was done right. They kept us informed. Provided a clear, detailed estimate. Phil's quotes are transparent, and likely higher than some competitors. In our opinion, it was absolutely worth it for the quality of work. He prides himself in doing everything to the highest quality and not cutting corners.

I would recommend Phil's Construction! He came out and gave us an estimate and it was very reasonable! They came out and worked very hard everyday they could, despite the cold weather! He built us a beautiful deck and made it very solid! We had some extras done and he charged us a minimal price for them! Everything was done professionally, and they cleaned up when all was done! We are very happy with their service and would call them out again!

Phil's construction and team were amazing, they were very promp and courteous. They are pro's at what they do. I was amazed at how fast they were. Though the quality didn't suffer. From start to finish they were on time and on budget with the whole project. I would highly recommend Phil's Construction to anyone and have already done so. I would use them again.

Phil and Co. were great. I had an estimate back in the spring that was a few hundred cheaper; however, after spotting a leak in our downstairs bathroom (no room above), my wife and I decided to go for a new roof ASAP. The fellow who gave me the earlier estimate was out-of-town for a week so I looked up area roofers and decided on Phil. He was great about returning calls and could install a roof that very weekend, between other jobs already scheduled. The roof looks great, the guys worked hard, they cleaned up the yard thoroughly, and in a day-and-a-half I had a great-looking roof. Good guy and company.

Phil`s construction came highly recommended from a friend who had this Co. do roofing on 2 of their houses. We had contacted 2 other companies for an estimate we never heard back from one and the other came while we were not home and put the estimate in the mail. When we called Phil`s construction, we received a call back the same day from the owner Phil who set up an appt. to meet with us and give us an estimate. When Phil arrived he was right on time and very professional and friendly he knew that we have lived in our home 38 years with the same windows, therefore he brought siding and window samples with him. He gave us an estimate and explained the window and siding Alside products. The colors were chosen with some help from Phil, my husband is a hard sell but liked Phil and his presentation immediately and hired him to do the work, it was my intention to get a 3rd estimate but since my husband was so pleased we went with Phil and I`m so happy we did. Phil placed the order the next day and the work began in about 10 days. Phil and his crew of workers showed up on time and put in a full day`s work often working beyond what would normally be quitting time, they cleaned up each day. Phil is very thorough and as the work progressed he addressed each problem he encountered and did repairs as needed. Some of the problems involved the roof which he detected was not done properly, the front porch sagged on one side and he reinforced the porch, he enclosed the area at top of our bay window and other small issues. We have an enclosed sunporch which only had an old storm door on it and when it rained we always had a wet spot at the door Ishowed it to Phil and he suggested putting a regular entry door on and that would prevent the rain from coming in. We met at the store and he helped me pick out a door and my husband and I love it. Phil is very precise when putting on the molding for the siding so much so that he does it all himself he did a fantastic job. We are more than pleased with the work Phil and his crew did, our neighbors, friends and family are impressed and we highly recommend his company. Also My mother-in-laws roof had a leak and even though Phil had a busy scheduled he worked her roof replacement in and did a fantastic job they also are HAPPY CAMPERS. I`m sure I`ve left something out to Praise this company for but I`m sure you can tell they are TOP NOTCH.

It went very well. They were fast and got everything done in three days which included one rain day. They cleaned up well. Phil was very personable. We were very pleased with their work.

Sensational contractor! Obtained 7 estimates, and this was best price. Punctual, professional, and quality work. Couldn't be happier, and would recommend to anyone and everyone!
