Maintenance Ace is a family owned company founded by Doug Sipes in 2004. Doug spent 19 years in the construction industry before starting Maintenance Ace. His younger brother came aboard in 2009 bringing 16 years of landscape and construction experience. Doug and Ricky form the core of Maintenance Ace and their beliefs and values are what makes the company stand out above the competition. At Maintenance Ace, customer service is top priority. Doug was outstanding. He scheduled the work quickly, completed a very difficult tree removal and totally cleaned up everything before leaving. I gave him and his associate a 25% tip on top of his fee for the quality of work they performed. I give them my highest recommendation and thanks for a job well done.
