+ -1 moreOverall it went fine. I just bought the freezer on line at lowes website.and got the free delivery. Later Lowes Customer Srvice called me and even the Service Manager of their applicance department called me to apologize for any InconvenienceI had. Best Customer Service I've ever had. Overall Lowes Customer Service is an A+. Unfortunately I had to learn that because the saleman was an "F". In the furture I'm just going to buy things on line. Much easier and less stress. If I have a question about the item, I'll just call Lowes Customer Service Department because they great.
Description of Work: Went to lowes to buy a small chest freezer. I found one for $169.00. The salesman wanted to charge me $69.00 to deliver it to my home, almost 1/3 of the cost of the freezer. I didn't buy it at that time. I went home and looked the freezer up on lowes website and found out that lowes had free delivery. For whatever reason the salesman was trying to get another $69.00 out of me.
