Excellent service, timeliness, personal interactions, responsiveness. The ONLY item was that it was unclear that an ordered part had been received. It took me an extra phone call or two to clarify. But customer service was very good. Highly recommended!

Friendly and knowledgeable repair person. Quick to diagnose and repair. Didn't try to pressure into more expensive options - proposed simplest and cheapest fixes and did the work. Easy to make an appt via texting and showed up right when promised.

Subject says it all. Ilya is a rare find. He is courteous, respectful, gives you an honest assessment, great service, and follow up. This is my first call for a repair man going forward.

In spite of their website claiming to serve our zip code, the only technician they dispatch to our zip code doesn't do Samsung appliances so they would not honor our request for service. Their advertising is misleading.

It went great. I was getting responses on Sunday! My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday same week. Chris (repair expert) was here right on time. Ordered a part and was here - again right on time. Everyone was friendly and down to earth. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely be referring J & B to everyone.

The same, wonderful repairman, Ilya, after 10+ years, was there to my rescue. Tomorrow, after 36+ hours of defrosting, I will be ready to turn on, and restock. I would definitely recommend this company for appliance repairs...hopefully not needed again soon, although it wasn't a big pain in my wallet!

Very well. Joel was professional, polite, and knowledgeable, and he did a great job. J&B charges a rather high service fee that DOESN’T come off of the bill if you have work performed. In fact, I was charged an ADDITIONAL half of the service fee for the 2nd appliance to be worked on. It’s almost a turn off and non-starter to hire them, but the work was done right. Just keep that in mind when hiring.

J&B was able to come the day after we called. Repair took less than an hour. Service person was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair and gave an updated estimate before he started the work. Recommend and would use J&B again in the future.

Tech was professional and prompt. J&B replaced hinges on my dishwasher that got bent in a minor accident. I believe the price to be reasonable but did not rate the price with any stars because I don't have much to compare with. I was told hinges were expensive via a message from J&B before I spent any money, which was very helpful.

Our dishwasher leaked on its last cycle. I found J and B appliance on the internet and gave them a call. I received 1 day service at a reasonable price. The repairman gave a full explanation and answered all questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and will definitely use them again. He also wore a mask which would have been a deal breaker for me had he not.

The customer service from the initial phone call to the service technician was superb. We would most definitely call them again.

The technician, Dan, was very prompt and courteous...he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered a new circuit board which was installed the next day.. he was very pleasant and explained all that was being done pin a concise and pleasant manner... I would highly recommend J& B Appliance Repair ...

Like “clockwork”. The serviceman, Mike” was perfect. He was knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong from my description of my problem. He brought the replacement part. Completed the repair. Very courteous. A pleasure to deal with. When I originally called, I left a message. My call was returned promptly. My oven was repaired with 48 hrs of my initial call. I am very pleased. Would call them again. Yes I would recommend them.

Had to wait 4 days for repairman. Even though I gave my dryer model number when I requested repair, repairman did not have the required part. He also said he might have to stand on counter to reach part or have me move the dryer! Had to wait 4 more days. Repairman did not arrive at appointed time. Called and found out he wasn't coming (no notification of this). Was able to schedule another repairman for late afternoon. He came on time and replaced the part (from the front of the dryer....no standing on counter or moving dryer) in 10 minutes.

Great. He also checked the whole stove out to make sure it was safe. The first person I called refused to attempt to switch them over. He said he did not want to be responsible for any problems the stove would cause in the future. J&B did not have any problems with helping us. We also found out J&B was the company that we purchased out refridgerator, washing machine and dryer from.

The work went well. The repair did not take long. The repairman was professional and courteous.

The repairman was able to remove the ice buildup with a steamer.

Technician Dan arrived on time, was very focused, worked continuously, was polite, and efficient. He completed the repair and checked over the drier for any other potential problems; he found a loose screw on a drum guide bearing and tightened it. All fixed and we're very satisfied.

During the pandemic J & B responded quickly and repaired my dryer within a short period of time.
