Dave was very thorough in his inspection of the home we were interested in purchasing. He spent time going over every detail with us and provided some much needed insight. Dave arrived on-time and got started immediately. He was very meticulous in pointing out either current issues or future issues that need to be considered. Due to Dave and the extensive home inspection he provided, we decided not to move forward in purchasing this particular home after some negotiations with the seller. Though we were "out" of money for our inspection, Dave was so helpful that we feel he "saved us" from a money pit. I strongly recommend Dave and his company and the services in which they provide. On a secondary note, Dave referred us to an excellent "mold guy" who did not charge us for the mold inspection at all and provided us a written estimate of repairs. This was very helpful and saved us time.

Dave was very punctual, arriving early and even had part of the inspection done before I arrived. He explained everything as he inspected explaining the whys and what's of each problem area. I received my report that evening with detailed pictures, explanations and suggestions. He is the epitome of professionalism.

I scheduled a home inspection for 8:00 AM. When I arrived at 7:50 AM, Dave was already there and had already completed inspection of the exterior! We started with the basement where he found several problems that I had not noticed or even thought about when I looked at the house. He showed me how everything worked and spent the time to explain what I needed to do to maintain everything. We then worked our way upstairs through the entire house. He spent lots of time inspecting everything. He inspected everything from how the doors closed to how the sink drained. He was very thorough and professional. I had lots of questions throughout my inspection, but Dave answered them all with a smile and he gave very thorough answers. When he finished the inspection he even took the time to explain the report to my father after he already explained it to me. Dave seemed to have a lot of knowledge and he definitely knew what he was talking about. Even the Realtor was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Dave was!

David was very thorough and detailed on the general home inspection. The report was provided within 1 or 2 hours after completing the inspection. I would definitely hire again for future home purchases.

The inspection went great. It was very thorough and he took the time to explain a few issues and recommendations while showing how to inspect things myself along with general maintenance items that should be performed on a monthly and annual basis.

He did a good job, very thorough, and explained stuff well when my husband accompanied him on the inspection. We got our report promptly and a separate CD of digital photos? He also added the radon inspection when we changed our mind about it at the last minute. We've used him twice now and been very happy both times.

Our inspector was excellent. I video taped the whole thing because I was worried I would forget something. However, the company provided us with a 41-page home inspection review packet that very same night, which was very thorough. I'm sure I'll never go back and actually watch the video because our inspector did such a great job documenting everything. He took pictures of every single issue/concern in the house, then wrote what the problem was beside the picture, as well as how to fix it. He also organized the concerns into issues that were major vs. minor issues so that my husband and I knew where to start in fixing up the house and what to prioritize. I will definitely use this company again when I purchase my next home down the road.

After the Home Inspection I would highly recommend Integrity Home Evaluation Services to anyone that needs their home or purchasing a new home inspected. It is so foolish to think that you would not need it, for one it is worth the money and two it is great to get a different perspective on the home you are buying. I know that I would not have seen some of the things that David pointed out for us. David also sent us an email and a CD copy of the Home Inspection which showed step by step all the items on the house that would need repaired and the state in which these items were in. There was a five point scale ranging from Acceptable to Defective. This helped us tremendously with getting to know our new home and the things we will need to improve on to make this house a better home for the future. Dave is a wonderful home inspector. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His inspection report was very detailed with photos illustrations. We would highly recommend him for a home inspection and are glad we chose him for this service!

As I said earlier Dave was very thorough and professional. He arrived early and even though he finished the outside before I got there he went over everything with me to make sure I saw what he saw. I was with him during the inspections and he welcomed questions and had answers for all of them. He showed me everything I would need to know including gas and water valves to the house along with other important things. Even when things checked out well he had recommendations on how to improve certain areas. We were able to use a coupon to save a little money and his prices were already very competitive. Should we need another inspection we would use him again. *He also performed a radon test which was why the price was 470.

Dave was great. He showed up early, was well-prepared, and was extremely thorough. As a first-time homebuyer, he took the time to explain everything to me, and I was more than comfortable asking as many questions as I had, no matter how "dumb" I thought they might be. He made it a point to give me an idea of costs that I should expect in the next few years as far as maintenance and replacement are concerned, which helped us plan out our home project budgets. His detailed report includes pictures and was over 30 pages long, and highlights the items that you need to take action on prior to moving, or soon thereafter. He also gave us a book about home maintenance (nice to have as first-time buyers) and signed us up for a service for 12 months that gives us coupons (10% off at Lowe's was nice) and let's us take pictures of home-related things we have questions about on our iPhone and send it to a website for a response within an hour. Pretty cool, at no additional cost! Overall, Dave was very professional, I learned a lot about our house, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection. The kicker is that he was cheaper than two other people that we contacted, too!

Upon reaching out via the website I received a call from Dave within an hour. Dave was very personable and arrived to the house we were buying on time. In fact he was already on site when we arrived. Dave spent time explaining the process and his findings. I found Dave to be very professional and courteous. Dave took the time to answer all of our questions. Dave even had crayons and a coloring book for my 5 year old. As promised, we had a 39 page detailed report with photos emailed to us about 3 hours after the home inspection was finished. Dave also mailed us a moving kit and DVD of his inspection. I would recommend Dave to anyone that needs a home inspection. You will not be disappointed.

I had this service inspect a home in July and was extremely impressed with the results, but I did not purchase that home. I sent an e-mail on Christmas Eve asking to make an appointment for home inspection on another property and received a response as to availability that same day. Scheduled with owner of home and with the service for December 30th at 9 AM. The weather and driving conditions were really bad, but Dave Christopher arrived 15 minutes early and had already begun to examine outside by the time I arrived. I walked the inspection with him and he very professionally gave me information as to the issues and information as to proper maintenance of the home while at the same time recording the inspection via pictures and an iPad with software for recording as he went. The inspection took the better part of 3 hours with entry into two attic spaces. Despite snowy conditions, all outside issues were covered. He installed a radon detector and arranged with the owners for pickup on New Year's Day. When he completed his inspection that day, I knew exactly what to expect in purchase, repair and maintenance of the home. I received an e-mail with the inspection results later that evening. I then received a DVD in the mail with all inspection documents and receipts a few days later. UPDATE: I entered a contract with a restoration firm and I was concerned the work wasn't being completed as expected. I e-mailed Integrity Home Evaluation Services to come out and update their original inspection report on Tuesday, April 8th. The original inspection had occurred in the middle of winter when the roof and deck with covered with snow. The new inspection was scheduled for the next day, April 9th. I was given a new inspection report that covered those items, as well as those items that were supposed to have been corrected by the restoration firm, but were not. Again, the professionalism was exceptional, the information well documented, service completed and inspection report delivered the same day.

Dave was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and also educated me on the things to be looking for and what areas and things to ask more questions about. He helped us know what was and wasn't right with the property. He even provided additional materials and resources to make our transition to home owners a better and more rewarding experience. I highly recommend him and the company and will definitely use them again in the home buying process.
