Very well. Dave is extremely thorough during the inspection process. This is the 3rd time we've called Dave for an inspection of a to-be-bought property and we've been completely impressed by his attention to detail on each occasion. Dave went beyond our expectations when doing the home inspection. He has also been very responsive with any pre or post inspection questions. He found a few health and safety issues that is changing the whole course of negotiations such as attic mold and that the toilet drain pipe is not angled correctly. If the seller of the home will not remedy the issues Dave found with this home inspection we will gladly use him and plan to use him for our next home inspection.

Dave was already at the house when I arrived and couldn't have been more professional. He was very thorough, helpful and patient in explaining things very clearly for me as a first time buyer. While there wasn't anything seriously wrong with the house, he showed me several things to work on with my new home and other things to keep an eye on the years to come. His final report was very easy to understand and I had it by the evening of inspection day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

My brother in law was there with our realtor for the inspection. He said Dave was thorough and very knowledgeable. Dave spent well more than 3 hours in our home and it is only 1800 square feet. The inspection started at 2:00 and I received a 46 page detailed report around 8:00 the SAME night!! It was impressive. It went through each part of the home and gave a rating of most components from defective to strong. His summary pages explained the most important things we should bring to the sellers attention. It was exceptional! When I called, Dave and I spoke for 30 minutes in the late evening and he helped clarify some questions I had, and he did it in terms I could fully understand. I would absolutely recommend Dave at Integrity for any home inspection. He literally was excellent in every aspect of our home inspection process. Thank you Dave!

It went on pretty well. Dave is very nice and patient. He is professional and will explain to you all the issues and provide corresponding suggestions. The report comes out pretty fast. Dave had arrived few minutes early and asked any specific area that I had a particular questions and he later took his type to explain them to me. He then went through the house while pointing out things that would be useful to me. He had his report in couple of hours While Radon test needed to wait for later. He was very thorough and he made sure all my questions were answered.
