Dave showed up on time and ready to go to work. He conducted a very through inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, checking things I never would of thought of. He completed the job in about two and a half hours and had a very concise report to be by that afternoon. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspction.

Dave Christopher offered a fully transparent quoatation for all the serv ices on offer. He also explained all the checks that would be undertaken. On the day of the home check he was on time and took every effort to examine the whole of the house. He explained the small number of issues that needed attending to and backed this up with a comprehensive report which included photos throughout the home. What surprised me most was that Dave delivered the full home report the evening of the inspection. Fantastic service.

Very well was there before the set appointment time, continued to work very efficient and cleaned up and locked up everything. Explained the report and process.

He started 9 am, and the process took approximately 2.5 hours. First he did the outside, and then he checked the inside very carefully. We got a very good full report. He does a very good job of inspection the home. He let us know what issue he saw when conducted a inspection.

Inspection went very well. David was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provided recommendations over and above what I would have expected. I would highly recommend him for home inspection process.

I selected Integrity Home Evaluation from a list of inspectors provided by the realtor as well as recommendations from Angie's List. I'm buying a house and needed the inspection quick. Dave was able to fit me in on very short notice. Dave was very thorough and informative. We spent about 4 hours going through the house. The house was built in 66' with an addition in about 75' and so there was quite a bit to go through. Dave was very professional and provided the finished report later that evening which has helped in the final negotiations. Dave subsequently provided all of the reports on a CD. I highly recommend IHE and Dave.

Dave arrived and promptly started inspecting the outside of the house. He went room by room inspecting every detail, every plug, every wall and appliance. He left no stone unturned. The total inspection for the 6150 sq foot house took about 4-5 hours. He left the radon detectors behind. We promptly got our report 24 hours later. It was thorough and full of pictures of each item. It listed out critical items that needed immediate attention as well as cosmetic ones that were lower on the priority list. He also sent a CD of all items as well. Dave was very thorough and competent in explaining each item.

Everything was great, couldn't have asked for a better home inspection.

Mr. Christopher understands how all of the parts of a house work and how those parts work together as a system. He's eager to answer questions, and he's capable of answering them in terms a novice can understand. Walking through the houses with him as he did the inspections was very educational. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him to inspect a third house if my house search required it.

In researching Integrity Home Evaluation Services, I was impressed at the level of detail found on their website. In continuing my research, the positive reviews on Angie's List solidified my decision to chose Integrity Home Evaluation Services. I was not disappointed in my decision. I've used other home inspectors previously and Dave was the best by far. He was very thorough and detail oriented. He took his time to explain his findings and was also very personable. At the end of the inspection, my wife and I felt very much informed as to the quality of the home. The detailed report was sent that evening and was by far the highlight of the inspection. Dave really takes him time in producing this report with photos and it was extremely helpful as we continued through this home purchase. It's something I will continue to reference for years to come. My wife and I live in the Washington, D.C. area. While visiting my wife's sister in the Cleveland area, we found a 90-year old Tudor home in Hudson that was for sale, which we decided to make an offer on. While arriving back home in D.C., our offer was accepted. The next step was to find a home inspector. Since we're living nearly 400 miles away, we are, and were, at a disadvantage in terms of finding and scheduling an inspector, let alone, finding one who is reputable. At that time we were not members of Angie's List. We went ahead and took the referral given to us by the Realtor. Growing up in South Florida there were constant issues of home sellers, contractors, inspectors and Realtors all being in cahoots together sharing kickbacks etc., with one objective; which did not include the best interests of the buyer. That thought, albeit a distant memory, made me feel uncomfortable with having the Realtor recommend someone. Unfortunately, we were under a contractual deadline, and had no choice but to choose Dave Christopher of Integrity Home Evaluation Services. Dave and Integrity quickly proved our fears to be unfounded. Once we were given Dave's contact information, we called and left him a voice message. Within one hour he called us back, detailing what services he provided in his inspection. As promised, he was on time for the home and property inspection that morning, where the realtors, seller and my wife?s sister, met him. According to my sister-in-law, Dave spent approximately five hours, going through every inch of the home and property. That evening we received an "initial report" with a promise that a more detailed and complete one would soon follow via email. The next day, we received a 49-page home inspection report. I've seen other home inspection reports, yet Dave Christopher's report was like comparing a used car to a new Ferrari...Integrity's being the latter. Every aspect of the house and property was conveyed in great detail within the report; but details that were easy to understand for the layperson. Each issue was paired with one to several clear photographs. We especially liked Integrity's grading key on each issue, which helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed now versus in the future. Dave's report was so complete, that reading it made us feel as if we were actually there during the inspection. At the end of the report was a personal message from Dave, telling us to call him if we had any questions. We took advantage of that offer. Over the next week, we called Dave several times. He was accesible, polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Someone who is involved in the sale, told us to dismiss the report, "that Integrity was just covering themselves against possible legal action and in fact, they had a contractor who did work for the seller out at the house, and that contractor said total repairs shouldn't exceed $1500." I found this extremely distasteful and disingenuous. I only bring this up, because it's important to note the following: My wife is an attorney and reading Integrity's contract, she noted that it indemnifies them against any liability beyond the cost of the inspection. This is actually a good thing. Why? For the very reason, which was exemplified by the unfortunate comment to dismiss the report. Inspectors need to be able to do their work, giving honest and reliable opinions WITHOUT the worry of being sued or pressures from outside influences. However, just to be certain, I contacted three different contractors and asked that they go to the home and give us an estimate. The end result; was that Dave Christopher's report was spot on. The good news is many of the repairs are affordable. Some will be somewhat costly, however, that is to be expected when buying a 90-year old home. Incredible! Dave arrived early for both home inspections, was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, fair-priced, and extremely thorough. He made the home inspection process one that was informative, but friendly and fun. He was such a joy to work with, and is someone that we will think of again and again when it comes referring friends and family. We trusted Dave completely in looking out for our well-being as a starter family, in our first home.

Dave was easy to contact and showed up on time. He gave a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the home, and since this was our first home he encouraged us to follow him around as he was inspecting so he could explain what he was seeing and what he thought were problems that needed to be taken care of. He emailed us a written copy of the report the next day, including photos he had taken of problem areas. The radon results were done in 2 days and he emailed us a report that was clear and easy to understand. We found him to be very professional and helpful.

I let him a voicemail and he called me back in the next 4H. He arrived on time and did all the control , took lot of pictures. Once he finished his inspection, he went through the house with us explaining and showing all his findings from the less important to the most significant.He spend more than 4 hours in total. We received his report ( very detailled with pictures) on the next day. He is a great professional.

Mr. Christopher was already at the property, doing outside inspection, when we arrived. The property was much larger than we realized. He continued and cheerfully completed a full and thorough inspection, even though it took much longer than any of us expected. He was extemely cognizant of the fact that the majority of the interior had white carpeting. He made sure everything was kept clean and neat and left no area ignored. He offered valuable advice on everything we inspected. He showed patience while we asked many uninformed questions. His response with a final written report was done the same day with pictures! It was a long day and Mr. Christopher remained professional, cheerful and helpful all 5-1/2 hours. We would use him again and refer him to friends and family! He came to me by a referral from a neighbor. It was worth it!

Dave inspected two homes for us before we purchased (the deal on the first house fell through, thus the second property). He was quick to respond to our communication and punctual for appointments. During the inspection, he explained what he was looking for and what he was finding, as well as answering our questions. The written report was well put together and informative with plenty of pictures to explain the findings.
