WOW, just WOW. Dave was great. He was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. In addition, his report was emailed the same evening. It was IMPRESSIVE, complete with photos, diagrams and comments. And a few days later, I received a CD in the mail with theh phots. Just great all around !!!! Thank you Dave !!!

It went great. Dave was at the home for several hours inspecting the areas of the house that I could not easily see at the regular viewing. The report provided by Dave gave us the opportunity to renegotiate the price for a significantly greater amount than the home inspection fee.

On Friday morning July 19th, I found this inspector on Angie's List and e-mailed him for an appointment. Called me that afternoon with his schedule openings and I took the first one for Wednesday July 24th at 2 PM. That evening I received e-mail confirmation of the schedule along with agreements for signature and delivery at the time of inspection and details of charges and expected payment. Also attached to the e-mail were three very helpful documents, a Home Air-Check Brochure, a Citizen's Guide to Radon Testing, and ASHI Standards for home inspections. On Sunday afternoon July 21st, I discovered the ladders for the property had been removed by owners. I e-mailed the inspector asking if he brought ladders with him and he very quickly responded by e-mail that he did and that would not be a problem. On Wednesday July 24th at 2 PM, the inspector arrived, introduced himself and told us what he would be doing and invited us to accompany him and ask any questions we might have. He used an iPad to take pictures and prepare the report as he conducted the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection at 5 PM, we had absolutely no questions left and every nook or cranny of that house had been inspected and recorded. We then knew exactly what issues came with the house. I had earlier been in the house on 3 separate occasions and missed many major critical issues identified by the inspector. An advanced design radon detection device was setup in the house for pickup later in the week. The inspector gave us a couple of very good books, one on "moving" and a workbook, "How to Operate Your Home - An Owner's Manual for your Home". I was quite pleased with these unexpected and added benefits of his service. Later that evening, the day of the inspection, we received a full-color 39 page inspection report attached to an e-mail along with the destroying insects inspection report, and an invoice marked paid. The radon detection report will be sent once that is completed. This inspector was extremely professional, courteous, and tactful. He explained in detail all the issues and answered all of our questions. He went further to explain "why" some of the issues were important and provided information as to recent research and background info on the issue. All his information and the discussions were on point and objective without off-side "commentary". I read the document he sent on ASHI Standards for Home Inspections and I've got to say he did the job PERFECTLY to standards :-) We have not decided yet what to do as regards the home, but this inspection has definitely provided us with sufficient information to make a good decision. Update 1/12/2014 : The homeowners were unwilling to reduce asking price which was requested due to the large number of expensive items for replacement or repair that were uncovered by the inspection. The home remains unsold.

Thoroughly professional from my initial phone contact throughout the inspection and delivery of the report. He finished the inspection and I had a complete inspection report before the end of the day! The report is thorough; photos show the areas of concern; narratives describe why there is a concern and the urgency of the needed repair. About halfway through the inspection, Dave paused to update me on what he had seen so far and then continued on his work. He is very friendly and personable as well as professional. The service was great. The service was very detailed and he explained everything thoroughly. He answered any questions and was very informative.

The service was good. Their was a point that he said he would have a couple of things fixed and then he would not put it in writing so that was not professional. Everything other than that issue was good.

The inspection went very well. The inspection took four hours. When the owners showed up half way through the inspection he was very professional and didn't rush through the inspection. The report was completed and emailed to me that night.

He is excellent. The work was first rate and we would recommend him. He is very prompt and for all three services he gave an email report the day of inspection and he sent a cd a few days later with the report. We could not possibly be any happier with the work.

Dave inspected a house recently that we are thinking of buying. He did a great job. He was very thorough and professional. I needed an un-biased opinion in order to help us buy our house. Previously, he inspected another house and his inspection caused us to ask to be released from the contract. Not only does he find things that are issues with the home but he also alerts you to safety recommendations like smoke detectors, stair railings, etc. He also gets you the report that very evening, complete with pictures of the issues discussed in the report. We were very pleased with his work. His recommendations enabled us to request repairs be done by the seller. I highly recommend him.

Dave was on time, very professional, explained everything he did while he was doing it, offered me a great deal of insight into maintaining the integrity and quality of the home, was fair in his determination of what was in need of urgent repair and what could wait. He took the time to go on the roof, even though there was light rain. He took the time to view the crawlspace with a flashlight (where he found a crack that affected the structural integrity of the home). He was very, very thorough and his full report was almost 50 pages ling (with pictures). The report was emailed to me as PDF the same evening he performed the inspection. When the home owner returned to the house (an 88 year old woman), he spoke with her with kind words, explaining what he was doing and how much longer he needed to complete his evaluation. Very, very satisfied with Dave!

Very professional, and took extra time to point things out directly while performing the inspection. First home purchase for us, and Dave's notes were very instrumental in how we requested repairs be made by the seller prior to closing. The repairs needed were a greater expense than that of the inspection, so in effect we made our money back by getting those done, and we got the piece of mind that we weren't missing anything important.

Dave arrived on time.He spent 3 hrs inspecting everything inside and out.He gave me tips on how to go about fixing certain issues.I also received a couple home handbooks that i was not expecting.The handbooks are very detailed and helpfull.Dave is very professional and knowledgable.He is simply grade A just like his reviews!

Dave was very accommodating as we needed the inspection done on a Saturday morning and he was available without issue. He was prompt with is arrival, in fact he was there before we got there! He was very detailed in his inspection and professional. He gave us some tips that were also not something he needed to do, but very helpful. He stayed a long time and make sure everything was up to par. His follow-up was great and the detailed report was very helpful. I would recommend Dave's services to anyone in need of inspections. Wonderful experience with Integrity! Dave was early to our appointment and immediately got to work. At various intervals, he stopped to inform us about what he had found at that point in inspection. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend him!

Excellent service with a very detailed home inspection report.

Contacted the firm on Friday, got a quote on Saturday, had the inspection done on Wednesday, and received the report via e-mail on Wednesday evening. Thge inspection took over 3 hours and was very thorough.

Dave was on site when I arrived (he arrived early). He was already busy inspecting the outside of the home. He was incredibly thorough and provided detailed explanations of everything he was doing. I followed him around for about 85% of his inspection (I didn't climb up on the roof). His patience and ability to explain things in language that I could understand were incredible. His inspection was extremely comprehensive, thorough, detailed, and he supplied an excellent summary document within two days. The document had pictures of all relevant issues and was color coded to indicate severity of the problem. He added in additional explanation in the summary document to ensure that we understood exactly what the problem was and indicated if remediation was necessary and what the potential remediation might be. He followed up on all aspects of the home inspection engagement and was extremely communicative and helpful. I would recommend Dave without hesitation.

Overall, I thought it went very well. I thought he was very professional. He explained ahead of time what to expect and prior to the appointment he sent us an email with attachments with everything you would need to know about home inspections. Also, we requested a radon test and he sent us the particulars about how the government rates the testing. He did a visual mold inspection and an indoor air quality inspection. He was here on time, he explained everything thoroughly. He recommended we get someone to do the specific mold testing and remediation.

Mr. Dave was the inspector, and from the start he was on time, very thorough and professional. I will recommend his services to everyone I know. He did a great job.

Dave was prompt in returning my call and making an appointment. He was very thorough in his inspection, and answered all of our questions without seeming rushed. I particularly appreciated his willingness to give his overall view on the house and how well it had been maintained previously. Very helpful: both relaxed and efficient at the same time.

I made the appointment by text messages on the weekend due to a busy schedule for the following week. Dave replied promptly. He arrived earlier than scheduled on the inspection day. When I arrived at the home he had already started looking at the exterior of the building. He was very patient to explain the defects/problems that he noticed. It took 2 hours and 45 mins for the inspection. We got the general inspection and wood damage reports that evening and the radon report on the 3rd day. Dave provided a detailed report with pictures, descriptions and suggestions. Overall it was a great experience and his insight was very helpful. Dave was very professional and I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of an inspection.
