Andrew’s moving is a very unprofessional company. They make excuses and then never show up! After scheduling my move date over a month in advance, I get a call saying they are going to be late due to a foreman’s personal issue(ok, I understand that) but once you tell me they will be there between a certain time and then once again they no show. Then I was told another excuse of how they are packing up and heading my way very soon. Finally, 8 hours after they were supposed to be at my house I get a call from their operation manager saying they weren’t coming. Normally, this would have not been an issue but more of an irritation and I could manage except I have a 9month old and half his stuff was in one house and half in the other. They tell me it will be the next day, they finally show up at 10am. The guys who actually showed up did a great job! After all this; being an entire day late, and all the other hassles I had to deal with they felt it was right to charge me full price, which was actually more than my quoted price because there was more to move than originally said to be. I will never suggest Andrew’s moving to anyone! Horrible company to work with.

Very well! The guys were professional and courteous.

Meeting with Angelo Carcioppolo and walking through for his estimate indicated to us we were in good hands. He was helpful,professional, knowledgeable and ready to help us make a smooth move Our move coordinator Keighley Yusko was so helpful in answering questions. Directing us to what needed to be done prior to the move and answering more questions !!! We really felt we had a great resource in her expertise . The four gentlemen who moved us could not have been more careful, knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable- they made light work of this big job ! Our possessions were treated with care above and beyond expectations. Our home was "move proofed" so floors did not take abuse from the move. the idea of this big move was stressful- not so ! It actually was amazingly calm and worry free. We cannot thank everyone involved enough- and thank you does not seem like enough of an accolade. It was perfect.

Very disappointed. Movers spent too much time on cell phones. My mattresses, which were supposed to be covered in plastic, have black marks all over them. They broke one wheel off my entertainment center. No apologies. I asked them to remove the other three wheels. They got cranky towards the end of the move, especially when I asked them to move my bed and dresser over so the pull cord for emergencies was not covered. This is what I am paying them for and they were not happy because they had to move the bed and dresser twice. I complained online and the company called me. She said she would check with the owner and get back to me. To date, no response from company. Do not use this company. They do not have any respect for their customers.

Mark and Eric were professional throughout the process of our move. They took the utmost care in preparing our furniture for the move. We would highly recommend Andrews Moving and Storage for any of your moving needs!!

Andrews moving was prompt in returning my call, and sent someone out to the house to assess how much stuff we needed moved. They provided an estimate on cost and actually the final price was about $150 less than predicted. The 3 movers arrived 1 hour before expected, forgot to call to let us know they were on the way, not that big of a deal. They were very professional and polite. They took the time to place items in the correct places at our new house, which made unpacking easier for us. Would recommend them to anyone with an upcoming move.

It went great. The pre-move survey is a great idea. Danela was able to make an accurate estimate for the cost of my move by doing a virtual tour of my apartment. The men who did the moving were on time, professional, and pleasant to deal with.

The move itself went without a hitch. The pickup started very late, with no communication or explanation (and I was scheduled pretty tight that day), but everything else was fine — no damage at all, friendly and courteous, delivery right on time.

They were good. Everything arrived safely. The quality was good; it was worth the cost.

The entire process, from inquiring into availability to the actual move, was smooth. Two movers showed up on time, asked me to show them what was being moved and then started moving. Because much of my stuff was in storage, I thought the move would be simple so I was charged based on time (with a minimum of 4 hours (3 hours for moving and 1 hour for transport)). The movers worked quickly and did not stop the entire move. Very professional, very hard working and very careful with my belongings. They made sure my things were placed in the correct rooms in the new house and we conducted a walk through at the end. Before leaving, they asked whether I was sure I didn't need anything else moved. I am very impressed and will be using them in the future for any move. These days, I don't find a lot of great customer service but these guys and this company definitely care about their customers' opinions. Great experience.

Andrews was simply awesome! They packed and moved our 5 Bedroom house into storage for a later Move out west. I can highly recommend this company. They movers were very polite, professional and considerate. We felt very comfortable trusting them with our possessions. Their movers were highly motivated and did not quit until the job was completely done. Moving is very stressful, but they helped reduce the stress significantly. Highly recommended.

The team was very punctual and friendly. They worked hard and were done way under the time we were quoted!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and now my cars are blocked in the garage. I have to pay someone to assist me in moving this set. The couch weighs approx. 200lbs and I am unable to move it myself.

They were done within 3 hours, however there was a lot they were not able to take because they were in bags or unsealed boxes. I also had to employ one of their 3rd party vendors in order to have my washer & dryer connected at the new home, which added an additional $135 to the total

They appeared on time, were organized, careful, professional. Nothing was damaged. I would use again.

Andrews Moving and Storage were right on target with their estimeates and in completing the job, unlike D&D Moving, who quoted a job, then could not commit to the dates we needed. Not only did Andrews meet the necessary dates, but their service and treatment of their customer far exceed that of D&D Moving, who actually insulted me in a follow up conversation.

From my initial consultation with Angelo (sales rep), then working with Mark (move coordinator/quality manager), to the move itself with Matt & Don (movers), my experience with Andrews Moving & Storage was nothing but EXCELLENT and far exceeded my expectations. Angelo, sales rep., came to my home to assess my move. He was friendly, polite and highly professional. Performed a walk-through in which I identified the items to be moved. Within an hour of leaving he emailed me an estimate. Mark, my move coordinator, was nothing but both professional, polite, courteous and accommodating. My condo was undergoing some renovation and was experiencing delays in its completion. As a result, I had to change my move date several times. I always received a positive/accommodating response from Mark, which was greatly appreciated and made this process less stressful. The move itself was an absolutely terrific experience - better than I had anticipated! Matt and Don showed up at 8 a.m. on the dot and politely introduced themselves. They wasted no time and got right to work. They were both highly efficient, friendly, professional and very careful in the handling of my furniture and to not damage my apartment or condo. My move was not a large move but they treated me just the same - as a valued customer. Because of Matt and Don's efficiency, my move actually came below its estimated cost, which was a nice surprise. Moving is stressful enough and working with Angelo, Mark, Matt and Don definitely made my move a successful one. I'm very pleased with my moving experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of a moving service. I was very happy with them. They showed up on time, their price was fair, and relatively last minute. They were able to still do it and transfer anything else they should have.

Andrews/United Van Lines was outstanding to work with from start to finish. Dennis Horvath was our consultant and was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was prompt to answer or return calls and always on time for any appointments. The coordinator was in touch throughout the move to assure workers were on time and all was going well. The packers, loaders and unloaders were very respectful and fully protected our housing and belongings. Definitely a class A organization.

They were miserable. They tried to convince me they picked my piano up with no legs on it. They then "found" and delivered the legs broken. They were supposed to anchor and put back together a child size dresser with a hutch on top, they did neither and it fell on my child’s head. They left before everything was done. They told me that they had another run to get to another job so they could get a bonus.

Andrews Moving and Storage did a great job. They packed everything into the van and unloaded and brought everything into the house. None of our possessions were damaged. I would use them again in a minute.

Our driver arrived late as he got lost, we then waited another hour for the packing team to arrive. Despite being instructed that the antique furniture must be a two man lift they pushed it out of their way snapping off three legs on two pieces of furniture. The driver muttered under his breath constantly about the job and "the mexicans" they had sent to pack up our goods. This went on despite the presence of our daughter. During the loading of the truck my dining room chairs were placed on the driveway. Unfortunately it began to rain, when I told the driver my wooden chairs were getting wet I was told, " Don't worry we'll wrap them in blankets". As you can imagine upon arrival our household goods had some issues. The chairs which are now covered with "fuzz" will not be repaired by the moving company as "the cause was a change in atmospheric pressure during storage". The amazing thing about that claim is despite my entire household goods being subjected to the same storage conditions only the chairs left out in the rain have this condition. Cost to repair $800.00 Who has to pay this? Us! Do not under any circumstances trust Andrews Moving and Storage with your precious items!

Went very well. Movers arrived on time. All four men were very professional in their actions and appearance. They were very careful with my possessions. Floors were protected as promised and all furniture was wrapped. These guys worked like crazy the whole time. They showed up @ 8 a.m., and I finally insisted that they needed to take and break and eat at around 5 p.m. I give them a lot of credit. It was about 12 degrees out and a bit slick from a thin layer of ice...but they kept plodding along!

They were very good. We were very pleased with the fellows who moved us as well as the driver. We did not have any damaged items and they were on time. We would definitely use them again.

They were great. They worked very hard with minimal breaks and got us into the new house flawlessly. We had a grand piano and they were pros with it, getting it through some tricky hallways and into its own room. I tipped every guy there $20 they were so good. I was a little unprepared on a few items and they were patient and even helped even though we were supposed to do all the packing. They were good with our kids too - friendly.
