They were very careful in cutting down the trees and did a great job of cleaning up. However I am still l waiting on a receipt for the job.

They did everything that they said they would. We had a misunderstanding about a stump removal, rather than argue about it they just came back and removed it at no extra charge. It's rare for someone to come back to fix a problem after they have already been paid.

The owner of this company is a self-made man, starting a small business while still in HIGH SCHOOL, followed by a horticulture (or whatever it is for this business) from OSU in Ohio. He and his team are tireless, efficient. professional and very accomidating workers. They worked all day, taking no breaks, and had the finest, amazing equipment. They cleaned up everything on my roof and around my property. I would highly recommend Lucky Companies, Inc.

Good job removing trees. However, communication between employees/owner/customer could be improved. Damage to fence occurred -- I saw it happen, but employee did not mention it. After talking with owner, he agreed to do some additional work without extra charge in order to make up for the damage. Overall, I would recommend this company for tree removal.

Lucky Companies did a great job for us taking out one large tree and trimming others. They even helped out some neighbors who came over to watch. Very nice and cheerful. Cleaned up very well. We will use them again as needed.

Charged as quoted and were fast and safe. This included two very, very old and large trees plus a lot of trimming and taking out various brush and small volunteers. Friendly, able to answer questions. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and I wanted a team that knew what they were doing. Lucky will get another call if I need 'em.

One branch = $500. They were prompt, cleaned up branches, finished in 45 minutes. I may ot may not have them back to remove two trees. A bit costly for one branch.

Very professional. Very accommodating - we had a tree fall that blocked a side street before our scheduled service and I called Lucky late in the evening and they were here the next day. Will definitely use them again.

Very professional, friendly, true to their word regarding type of trimming that would be done. Didn't charge extra, estimate given was what we paid. Responded quickly to my initial call. Were here to perform job when they said they would be. Let me know by call or text when exactly they would arrive or if they would be late for unforeseen reasons. Would hire them again. Liked that the 2 guys that came out for our initial consult were the same guys that did the job. Not some big shot owner coming out for initial meeting and then sending out bunch of young, inexperienced kids to do the work. That happened to me 10 yrs ago. What a mess I had!

I would definitely recommend this company. Nice, friendly, and professionals.
