Took a little longer to have the work done due to weather but when they finally got out, they did a good job.

Professionals! And respectful and spared the integrity of my yard

After a recent storm, a tree fell on our home on a Sunday morning. They were the first (and only) firm to respond to our issue and were able to get the tree off the house, and completed the cleanup in just a couple of hours. Great group of folks!! They provide excellent customer service.

Was very happy with crew. Came over to introduce themselves when I came out. When I asked them how long they would be, they estimated til. 2:00 pm. They were done around noon!

They did a fine job taking down the trees, but did not finish the clean up they said. Did not clean the roof and gutters Jimmy said they would do. Our yard got messed up from the equipment, but we did have rain earlier in the week. Will see if they come back to shorten the height of one of the trunks of tree he said that they would lower to the ground. Hopefully they come back to finish the trunk , Guess I will clean the roof and gutters myself. But overall; am pleased with their service. It was getting dark their last night upon finishing the job; and cold outside.

I can't say enough about these guys! I had a nearly impossible tree removal job and they just took care of it! My dead tree hung over a pond next to my house, nearly zero accessibility. They also fixed my topsoil corrosion problem and removed several other trees from my property. THEN they trimmed the hedges in front of my house! Fabulous work and a very friendly team!

The team were professional and very nice. Jimmy the owner explained the work and timelines and was very nice. I will have them back I the spring to remove more trees.

Hired them partially on the good reviews given here and after talking with the owner I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and would do a good job for the project that needed done. The work was started the end of April 2017 and due to weather & ground conditions could not be finished then. However that has no longer been an issue for almost 2 months and no contact as to when they might come to finish the other two-thirds of this project. After 5 months and still waiting, I don't feel my business has been handled in a very professional manner and am quite disappointed. Update: (Oct) The tree removal project was finally completed a couple of weeks ago. The crew was very nice and did a good work taking down the trees and cleaning up when done. I would hire them again.

Lucky Companies did an excellent job removing 13 trees, full clean - up plus large brush pile chip / removal. Jimmy and company were timely on communication / site arrival, very courteous and professional. I will definitely hire Lucky Companies in the future.

Excellent and very fast service. Received a quote on 8/3 and the work was completed on 8/9. They did exactly what I wanted done and handled it all professionally. I would highly recommend them. Called four companies on my own before using Home Advisor and never even received a return phone call.

Their competent conscientious crew, using state of the art equipment confronted some challenging situations, but worked like a team of skilled surgeons. Lucky Tree Company spent 3 days on the job. We needed 10 trees removed. They did an excellent job at cutting down our trees. Most of the trees were huge but were taken down expertly. All debris was cleaned up from the yard, all the stumps were ground, and we were quite satisfied with their work. When you are spending this much money, it is good to know that you got a good job done. I would hire them again.

What a wonderful Company to work with. From the beginning to the end of our three trees being removed, to the two stumps being ground up, the experience has been more than a five star rating. They cleaned everything up and left no debris behind. Very professional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They were not the cheapest, but they did tree work for both me and my neighbor. They removed 1 tree completely & ground the stump. They trimmed and thinned 3 very large old oak trees and 2 dogwoods. The work was delayed a few days due to nasty weather, but they called the night before to let me know they would be out. They arrived early & were here about 10 hours total, and except for lunch time, worked continuously. The clean-up was great. Both my neighbor & I were very satisfied.

What poor service we received here in Wooster OH, his crew took out the trees, did not remove the stumps completely, rutted the yard and neighbors yard. Jimmy came to look at problem, said it was unacceptable. Left pile of dirt in front yard saying no where to put and we could put where we want, how about the ruts in the yard? Said he would come back after Thanksgiving. No show, said he was going to Gaitlinburg TN to help them and would be back on Thurs after to fix our problem. No show, no call. Husband has called at least 10 times since asking for a return phone call, NO return calls, husband is senior citizen with health issues and cannot be out in the heat to finish what this guy started. We paid this guy over $6000 trusting he would finish the job while we made an emergency trip to Fl and came back to all of this. Will be reporting to the BBB with photos also. For him to be so concerned about his rating here, you would think he would of taken care of this mess.
