They were very cooperative when I changed my mind on a couple small things. They did a really good clean up when done (something I was very picky about). I saw excellent teamwork and a strong respect for safety.

Our trees are an important part of our home we built 20 years ago. It was past time to do some thinning but we were concerned about how they might look after thee trimming. No worries. The Luck team made our trees look even more beautiful and healthy.

We had a lot of trees removed recently in our backyard that really looked like a forest. I was hesitant about going though with them being cut down. Day started off great but behind in time and we were excited. So something unexpected happened and it put a huge damper in the day and time. That took a few hours away from our trees being cut down. Started getting concerned. Talked to Jimmy about how we felt since what happened wasnt our fault, he wanted $2500 to come finish the next day. I was beyond disappointed in that offer after we had been so kind to them and understanding. We said no to offer. All in all jimmy and crew came the next day to finish job which we greatly appreciated with no extra charge. He did the right thing and honored what hed said he do the previous day. I just had a problem with him trying to get so much more money out of us for something that was their fault and took many hours away from the job. The crew that works for him is very nice and they did a really good job! They do know what theyre doing!

A skilled, thorough, competent, friendly crew of 4 who removed basically 5 large trees with limited room to work. Cleaned up every scrap of leaf, bark, branch and sawdust from my property and what fell to the street. Finished in one 12 hr day. Pleased with the work, they were NOT the lowest quote but i think they were the best for my job.

The members of the crew were friendly and respectful. Each of them displayed experience and knowledge of the tree removal process. The area was completely cleared of debris from the removal. Thank you for demonstrating professional expertise.

Jimmy was very prompt and professional, and the team did excellent work clearing a portion of my lot. The only minor negative is that the project took more work than was part of the original estimate, but we are very happy with the result and can't wait to enjoy the new space that is opened up in our yard.

Excellent service all around! I received a very quick and very reasonable estimate within a day of my inquiry. They were kind enough to move me up in their schedule when a cancellation came up. Left everything neat and tidy. Even threw in the stump grinding for a very reasonable price! I was so impressed I recommended them to my next door neighbor that day.

I had about 20 large pines taken down. Called for estimate on 5/13. Jimmy came out the same day. Scheduled day to have trees taken down. He actually made room for me earlier than expected and took trees down on 5/17. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. Nicest bunch of people you will ever meet. Great job. Couldn't believe that they could lay a tree down exactly where they wanted it the way they did (houses on both sides of trees and RV behind). If you have trees to come down, call Jimmy. You won't be disappointed.

I can't praise Jimmy and his crew members, at Lucky Companies, Inc. enough for the great job that they did on my back yards 23 white pine trees. (30 years old & over 50 ft. high) They take the term of "Professional" to a whole new level. The line of communication could not have been better between myself and Jimmy. He handled any and all seen and unforeseen issues in a most professional way. Jimmy utilizes the newest and best technologies in applying his trade. Jimmy and his crew members were truly a "God sent" blessing to me in my overwhelming tree situation. As for pricing, Jimmy will be the first to tell you that he's not the cheapest tree service out there. His pricing is fair and well worth it. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. No sooner had I pressed the "Connect Me Now" botton on the HomeAdvisor.com website, when my telephone rings. It's Jimmy asking how he could help me. I've told him. That was on Thursday. He said that he could stop by on Tuesday for an estimate. He did, and said he could start the job on the very next day. WOW! They racked up the yard after every days work. He and his crews did whatever it took to get the job done. They went over and above what others would have done. They actually cleaned up a mess that the utility company had left behind the previous year. (in my neighbors yard on the other side of the fence.) Thanks so much, for that added touch. Cleaned up any other mess that my trees had caused my neighbors. In closing, my experience with Jimmy & his Lucky Companies, Inc. has been nothing less than GREAT. Very professional. Gave quote on Tuesday. Lucky did not like one tree that was in bad shape, so they dropped that one and came back the next week to take down the other 4 and remove all climbs. These were very big old trees. Happy with the results.

I was very amazed with their work. I was delighted how soon I was worked into their schedule. So pleased with the updates , information and suggestions regarding the removal of several trees. The crew was absolutely fabulous! I was amazed what a great job they did with the clean up, working the entire time they were there, and even helped empty our garbage bins for our trash service (their truck couldn't get by my house) . I would highly recommend their service.

Came when they said they would very polite seem very knowledgeable and did a good job with what I had done 5 bushes removed one tree a fire bush trimmed. cleaned up after them sleeves and ground out the stump.

Very professional, gave us a quote on Monday and did the work on Wednesday. Wow what GREAT customer service. And they fixed our fence that had been knocked down by a limb. Very pleased with this company.

Have no idea if they are coming or not, had to call last week to get them to come out. Now it looks like I ll have to call them again for this week. Looking for someone else.

After many calls and estimates I found Jimmy and his crew on Home Advisor. They are professional and friendly. They took time to explain things and even pet my dog and talk. Worked till job was done even when it took longer than expected. Would highly recommend them .

I should asked more about the stump removal and material left behind. Maybe next time.
