I sent a message on their web site and Jimmy got back to me immediately. We had three very large trees that we needed taken down and removed. They showed up on the day he said they would. When they got there Jimmy introduced his crew to my wife, and got to work. They left the work site cleaner than when the started. If you need trees removed or trimmed I would highly recommend Luckys Tree Service out of Strausburg.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very Very satisfied.

Lucky Tree Service, with owner/operator Jimmy Harper III, recently did some work for me. They trimmed a large tree and a small one, removed a medium tree, and trimmed back two unruly hedges (untouched for 20+ years). Everything about this company was ideal quick response to my inquiry, giving an on-site estimate, setting the day/time for the work (juggling my schedule and temperamental weather conditions), and completing the job well. The work was skillfully and efficiently done, including excellent clean-up. Mr. Harper and his two assistants were also personable. Whenever I need to have tree work done again, I will call on Lucky to do it.

Their work was thorough and complete. They made sure that we all were in agreement as to what was to be done. They stayed at their tasks and completed all to our satisfaction.

These guys made otter tree service look like novices, my wife wasn't to sure until she saw the final work, we can now see into the woods, the forestry machine leveled all the scrub,thorn bushes and weeds, amazing machine! Very nice job indeed!

Everyone was so courteous, respect and professional. The trees Jimmy and I talked about during the estimate were all taken care of, and then some! They were quick and left all the worked on areas cleaner than when they started! I would totally use their services again if the need arises.

I'm not an arborist but I believe they did a decent job trimming my trees. Poor job cleaning up. Lots of oil spots on my cement driveway and a six-by-six area that is marred badly on the cement. Big problem is the owner, Jimmy Harper won't return my calls after I told him of the problem. Paid lots but probably fair for the job. He did give me a good cash discount. Would not use again

Owner called me and came out the very next day and gave estimate - I trusted him immediately and everything he said would take place in removal of trees and trimming and cleanup exactly happened!!
