Service in all areas was excellent.The owner personally came out promptly and told me about the company and gave me a quote and an approximate time the work would be done.He kept me informed when the work would actually be done making sure my needs were met. I also felt the price was fair.The crew arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work.They explained what they would do and made all the precautions to do as little damage to the property as possible.Crew very friendly.Some additional work was requested on another tree by me and while not a big project they accommodated me and took care of it on the spot.The total job entailed two stumps and four main major trunks and when they left you would not have know they were there.I would hire Lucky Tree Service again in a second.

They showed up very professional. Brought a crane and got the big old maple to the ground with out any damages or injuries. Cleaned up before they left. Would recommend to hire this tree service. A little pricey,but you get what you pay for.

the job they did was taking wood away after it already had been cut. they never told me that the wood was rotted all the way thru, so when they picked it up it fell apart I could have had my son in law and grandson get rid of it for nothing. Lucky charged me 400.00 to get rid of it. I think that was taking advantage of a senior person.

Jimmy and his crew did an excellent job cutting down two 100+ year old oak trees in our yard. They took great care to protect the yard and house, removed the wood, and cleaned up after themselves. When we re ready to have more trees removed, we will definitely use them again!

Very professional- great to work with!

The men were very professional and they knew what they were doing. Jimmy was friendly and his crew chief Zach was as well. What most surprised me was their prompt response to my request. Jimmy quoted me the job and that afternoon the big tree was gone. I was very impressed with their work and their cleanup. Well done!

They came right out to give me a bid, was one of the lower bids. They explained everything that needed done none of the other companies did that. Everything was done exactly how he said it would be. Clean up was very neat they pulled a big boom truck in my yard I was worried about ruts he assured me that they would not make any and he stuck to his word. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The whole crew was very polite and very hard workers. I will definitely use them again.
