Description of Work: I removed panelling of the wall in the basement and I hired Winnen Handyman to remove the strips, patch the wall, and fill some cracks.

+ 0 moreAmy was very professional and came out to my house on August 19th and went through the list with me. Unfortunately that was the last I ever heard from her. I supposed I could have called to follow-up, but I think that if a company doesn't care enough about your business to get back to you with an estimate, maybe they won't be reliable or they don't want your business. I had this problem with several handyman companies this summer.
Description of Work: I contacted this company to get an estimate on some gutter repairs and a very long list of handyman jobs.

+ -1 moreThe company has direct employees and not sub-contracted workers. There were two people who came out for the job, one person removed the old covering and the other one put in the new one. The very next day I had an accident in the room that was done last. I was moving a piece of furniture and it got away from me and tipped over and put a big gouge right on one of the walls that was done. When I called them about this, the owner sent a person out the same day. He re-plastered the wall and put in a new piece of wall covering and you can?t tell that there was a gouge anymore, it was done very well. I was very satisfied with their work.
