The Polished Look

We couldn't be any happier with the job they did for us. It was completely professional and flat out wonderful. They went out of they're way and worked a weekend to get us into their schedule. Our home has never been so clean and fresh. They did not skimp on corner or miss anything. Even down to folding the paper towel and tp rolls into a triangle. Our kids just loved them and we had to keep them from getting in their way. Even the dog Abby loved having them in the house too. I would recommend them to anyone. When I had called this company to enlist their services, I thought we had agreed that the owner would follow-up with me afterwards to see if we were satisfied and, if so, they would place us on a regular, bi-weekly cleaning schedule. After waiting to hear back from them, I called and left a message about them coming back on a regular basis. They called back and left me a message saying that they had no openings in the schedule and if something changed, they would call us. I guess business must be really good at this company since we got bumped out. I feel their follow-up should have been better and so I probably won't be using them again, even if they were to call me back should an opening crop up. In re-viewing my review, I see where the owner claims to have called me back and leaving me a voice message to see if I was satisfied with the services and to let her know if I needed anything else. I can say without a doubt that one of the following three things happened: 1). I never received the message or it never made it into my inbox. 2). She called the wrong number and left a voice message (always best to follow-up again with a customer if you don't hear back right away) 3). She never did call me back. I'll take the high road and guess she called someone else.

They did some regular house cleaning for me. They had a good plan but we stopped using them because of their personality. I don’t think I would use them again.

I have been using The Polished Look Maid Service for just over a year now and I am completely satisfied with the work they do. They come every two weeks for a full house cleaning. We did a walk-through of the house prior to signing-up with The Polished Look and to let them know what we needed done. Overall - they really do a great job with a very strong attention to detail! My biggest concern was with my 2 dogs, but they clearly love dogs and they are very good with them! When I'm in the house they work around me - I hardly notice they are there. Plus, I completely trust Michele to be in my home and to enter/leave when I'm not there. She is very careful about not letting the dogs out and making sure the home is locked up when she leaves. The only reason I gave a "B" for price is because they do charge slightly more than we have paid for cleaning services before. However, I would definitely give them an "A" for value! And, when I expressed my initial concern over the price they were able to work with me to reduce the cost slightly. They are incredibly punctual. But, in the rare instances where they might be a little late they are sure to call and let me know. Even if it's only 5 minutes! Once I needed to change the date of my cleaning and they were very flexible and able to schedule a different date/time. I would describe them as friendly, professional, punctual, hard-working, trustworthy and kind! Their cleaning services are second to none. I have no hesitation recommending The Polished Look.

I thought they were quite good. They were very professional, completely reliable, and a good cost. I like them. I think the price is quite reasonable.

I've never had someone clean my offices more thoroughly than Michele does. She cleans during business hours at my request but moves through the offices quickly and quietly. She is professional and reliable. I highly recommend The Polished Look Maid Service.

Easy from start to finish. They were on time and very professional. Very thorough.

These guys are fantastic. Most people quoted cleaning our home over the phone. Michelle came to our house and spent about an hour asking questions on how we liked things and what expectations we had. Every time the come, they not only perform the whole house cleaning but they also pick one "special area" to work on. Sometimes it scrub the doors. Sometimes it is the baseboards. I highly recommend them.

I had her for about a year, and she was wonderful. I was working a lot of hours, and she really helped me out. My floors were sparkling clean with her; I would come home and be pleasantly surprised. One time, she even reorganized real nicely my daughter’s books that were stuffed in a book shelf; I did not even ask her to do it, and she just did it. She was very professional and would always follow up and call me. She would leave a note saying that if things were not okay, she would come back out. It was $150 for an 1800 sq. ft. home. I was not disappointed with her, and the money spent was well worth it. I would have continued to use her if I had not moved. I would rate her highly.

I was really thrilled. They are very unobtrusive. They were cleaning upstairs and I was cooking downstairs. They were kind of invisible, didn't bother anything. Cleaned well and worked fast. They told me afterwards what they had done and what they would do the next time. They even folded the toilet paper in the bathroom, and I thought that was an interesting, sweet touch.

We interviewed The Polished Look to start performing a biweekly cleaning on our 3000 sq ft home. Michelle called the day before our appointment confirming the appointment and arrived a few minutes early. She was very professional and I was immediately very comfortable with her. We received a 1st time cleaning quote of $140 and a biweekly cleaning cost of just $128.Michael does not hire and employees, her husband and her do all of the cleaning. We started the service back in June. In my experience, Michelle has done an amazing job cleaning. She cleans all of the hard surface floors by hand (on her hand and knees) and everything is cleaned as if she is cleaning her own home. We have had an amazing experience using the Polished Look. I would recommend this company without hesitation! As an add on, Michelle always spends a little extra time on a specific area of the home and leaves a report of her cleaning activiities after she leaves. Look no further, you have found the best.

We used Michele and Brett for a one time cleaning and now have them coming on a weekly basis. I Don't know where to begin with the praises. Exceptional in every aspect of the work they performed. Good cleaning job but did not seem interested in coming back when it was only on an "as needed" basis. Only interested in a regular scheduled cleaning but their price is just way too high. Good with pets.

I was impressed with Michelle when she came out to give me the estimate. I hired her to clean the "public areas" of my house in preparation for a party. I was out of town when she came, but when I returned, I was so pleased with the work she had done. It took the stress out of planning for the party, and I plan to use her services on a regular basis now. I've already passed her contact info on to friends who were impressed with the thorough job she did at our house. No complaints at all!

We have had Michele and the Polished Look cleaning our house for 3 years. Our windows had not been cleaned in years and knowing Michele's attention to detail with cleaning I knew I could not go wrong having them in to clean all the windows. They were here for a few more hours than they had expected, but this again was simply due to the attention to detail, making sure that all was perfect before leaving. I cannot recommend this company enough for housecleaning and/or window cleaning. Customer service, professionalism, and always a job done 110%, The Polished Look has it all.

Overall I was disappointed to know she did not service my area.

They were here when they said they would be and worked non stop.

See above. Additionally what we love about Michelle is her "extra job" each week. Above and beyond the standard cleaning Michelle asks if there is anything extra we wish done for the week, or if nothing from us she will embark on something herself. Its wonderful to come home each week and see what the "extra job" was!! Will continue with Michelle and the Polished Look for many years!

Michele returned my call immediately. Within two days she came to my house to give me an estimate. I hired her on the spot and she has been doing a wonderful job ever since.

Michelle is fabulous. She paid strict attention to detail. It was the best housecleaning I've ever had.

I HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS THE 3RD COMPANY I HAVE TRIED. MICHEL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HARDWORKING AND CONCERNED WITH OUR SATISFACTION. FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MICHELLE IN OUR HOME. SHE WORKED AROUND A DIFFICULT WORK SCHEDULE AND WAS FLEXIBLE TO OUR NEEDS.

NEEDED A LAST MINUTE ONE TIME CLEAN. CALLED ON A MONDAY, SHE CAME OUT THAT DAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. CLEANED ON THURSDAY. DID A GREAT JOB. WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.
