I called Jesse Sloan and made an appointment for the next day. Jesse pulled up almost exactly at the time of our appointment and looked over the job, taking measurements and deciding on the best way to handle the job due to our finished basement. Jesse handed me his business card with the cost of the job on the back. I called him back the next day and made arrangements for the work to be done the next week. Aside from a one day delay due to a death in Jesse's family (which he called me on the weekend to advise me about), Jesse and his crew pulled up 5 minutes before the time he had quoted me. Jesse and his crew completed the whole job in less than 2 hours and even rebuilt a garden retaining wall that had been in the way of the trench. They were professional and efficient and careful of my home, covering the floor with tarps and cleaning up as they left. They completed the job in sub freezing temperatures and in almost a foot of snow. I highly recommend them.

JESSE IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE FALLS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE HE PROVIDES. I WOULD GIVE HIM AN A+ IF IT WAS A POSSIBLE GRADE. HE WAS ON TIME TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND GIVE THE ESTIMATE IN A DOLLAR AMOUNT AND TIME REQUIRED. HE CAME IN $700 LESS THAN THE NEAREST ESTIMATE. THE TECHNIQUE HE USES DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT THE YARD BE DUG UP. HE WAS ON TIME TO START THE JOB. HE BROUGHT A CREW OF 3 AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF TIME HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE (2 1/2 HOURS), AND HE CLEANED UP ALL DISPLACED DIRT.
