I have worked with Todd for over 10 years. Not once did he ignore my phone call. Not once did he not solve my issue. He was always prepared to help in a timely manner. I broke my foot and was not able to train my dog. He offered to provide me with the service I needed. I will always use Todd's service and I will always recommend him with confidence.

It went very well! After spending about 2 months working with another company (Pet Safety Systems) trying to get an existing fence working, I finally called Pet Stop. Todd, the owner answered my call right away and came out the next day as he had a cancellation. In 30 minutes he had us up and running with a system that our dog couldn’t run through. We had started with the other company only because we’d used it before. The previous owner had retired and the new guy had bought the business from him. It was a total waste of time and money. Pet Stop is a far superior company and s very responsive if you’re having a problem. I highly recommend them. He did have to install a stronger system and a new collar. We did get a discount as we traded in the other system. It would have probably been fine if we’d had a smaller dog but we have a big dog and, even set at the highest setting, he barely noticed the shock.

After reviewing several places on Angie's List, I called three of them and Todd returned my call right away. We set up an appt. and my fence was installed the next week. Very quick, great quality, and Todd went over everything we needed to know and came back every other day until my dog was trained. Great experience!

After getting several other quotes for under ground dog fencing, I stumbled across Pet Stop on Angie's list. After leaving an initial voicemail, the owner Todd, returned my call in less than five minutes. He provided a lot of information regarding the pet stop pet fence including installation price. We quickly decided to move forward with the installation and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a weekend time slot. Todd came out to our home and actually arrived early for the scheduled appointment time, an extremely rare thing for companies providing services today. He quickly installed the fence and prepared everything necessary to introduce our dog to the fence. Todd provided quick and concise training that was appropriate for our puppy's age. He instructed us how to continue working with our dog until he came back in a few days to train again and check in on our progress. Todd returned twice for additional training and tweaks to the system. He was great about answering our questions addressing concerns we had regarding how the fence functioned. Overall we are very pleased with the dog fence and feeling our dog can run and play outside safely. Todd was great to work with and we would highly recommend Pet Stop to anyone looking for great service, price and a quality product.

Todd was very nice and professional. He gave me an estimate during the week and was out on the weekend installing the fence. He has a machine to lay the wire so install only takes a few hours. He cut across our driveway and sealed the cut, and made sure everything was in order with the cable/utility lines through our yard. He then fitted our dogs with collars and did an initial training session. He came out two times after this to do additional training, and would have come out again if the dogs needed it. He followed up a few times to see how progress was going and made it clear that we could call anytime. We were a little unsure whether we wanted to spend the money to install an invisible fence, it cost about 1500 for both dogs. However, we are really happy with the decision and it is really nice to send the dogs outside for a while. They love being outside and it has helped our one dog with his separation anxiety by giving his some more independence.

We were so pleased with PetStop. I called Todd several times as our moving plans changed and he was very responsive and flexible with our dates. He was always very professional and friendly. The day of installation went better than expected and so far the fence is working well. We have had 2 training sessions and have been provided some great tips and tricks for training our dog. I'm so happy that we chose to use PetStop.

Todd came out and installed the fence in one day. They were nice and professional. I was rather picky about the wire around my pool area and Todd had no problem installing to my satisfaction. (Thank you Todd for your patience with me!) He came back for two weeks to check and work with the dogs, although I think the dogs were trained by the 4th day! My husband and I are very happy. Money well spent. A++

Todd was professional, respectful and friendly. After our first installation he worked great with Cooper and getting him trained (outside and also inside the home) As we continue the learning and training process now on our own I feel very comfortable reaching out to Todd for any additional help. Everything went so smoothly that we asked Todd if he would travel and install an electric fence for Cooper on our summer home. We just travel with the same collar for our dog and it has made things so much easier. I would highly recommend Todd.

Everything went very well except there was one thing that recently happened, which I am writing about to let other people know. The collar that the dog uses caused puncture wounds in my small yorkie's neck. Apparently there are certain types of dogs that have issues with these collars. I am only writing this because I want everyone to know that you need to be really careful with the collars. I was told they were completely safe, and my vet also said that the dogs should be fine. However, the animal hospital told me that many dogs get these or hot spots from wearing the collars. So my only suggestion is to make sure that you remove the collars when the dogs are inside, and check them regularly to make sure the collars are not hurting them. My dog will be fine and I was told that he should only wear the collar when going outside to prevent this from happening in the future. I don't blame the contractor for this, he did a great job. However, I do think people should be aware that this could occur.

I was a new customer calling for service on a Saturday afternoon. Todd Fritzsche actually arrived within 30 minutes, assessed the situation using high tech equipment and fixed the break(s). Quick back story. The invisible fence line was broken the previous Monday and Invisible Fence had a three (3) week wait for repair. The whole purpose of Invisible Fence is dog safety and they could care less if you go without service for weeks. Totally disappointed.

I made initial contact with Todd via the Angie's List messaging tool. He was VERY quick in responding to the messages I sent. Once we had agreed on a price, he was able to schedule installation in less than a week. He and his helper arrived on time, explained the installation process, and got right to work. They did an excellent job working around the existing buried utilities and even though the ground was pretty soggy at the back of my yard, they did a great job not doing any damage to the lawn. Todd scheduled ongoing training sessions every other day to ensure that my dog had a good experience with the new fence. Again, he arrived on time and did a great job both in training my dog and educating me on the process.

Pet Stop did a fantastic job installing the fence and helping to train our dogs. The system is highly adjustable, so you don't need to blast your dog, if they don't need that much current to realize they need to stay inside the yard. They stayed in contact to make sure everything was working properly. When we got a second dog after the install, they came out to help us train that one, as well! I highly recommend Todd and his Pet Stop equipment!

We had our PetStop fence installed several years ago and it works perfectly. Since getting the fence we have called Tod several times to order receiver batteries, repair a cut in the wire my husband made accidentally and to fix a broken collar. Each time we call he is out the next day to bring batteries or do repairs. I would highly recommend PetStop.It's a top-of-the-line product at a fraction of the cost of building a wooden or metal fence.

We were fortunate to win Pet Stop's $1500.00 pet fence system in a recent auction run by WQMX. What a wise choice on our part! My husband and I have been impressed by the professionalism of Todd Fritzsche right from our first contact with him. He arrived at our first appointment (a little ahead of schedule!) ready to work. He found out what our needs were for our dog Shadow, and he advised us on the best layout for the fencing system. He had all of the proper equipment needed to lay the wire, taking care to avoid problematic areas in our yard. After laying the wire and installing the monitoring system, he marked the perimetry of the "safe area" with red flags and put a "dog in training" sign in the front yard. He then began training our dog Shadow with Pet Stop's gentle training system, and he gave us thorough instructions as he went. He didn't leave until he was satisfied that we understood the process. On subsequent visits he made adjustments to the training based on Shadow's progress. Todd was always very patient and kind with Shadow. Training went very quickly under Todd's direction and now, less than a month later, we have a happy dog who can be let outside at anytime. We're happier, too, knowing that we can let Shadow out and not worry that he'll run off.
