For a business who doesn't have the budget or desire to keep an in-house IT staff, we offer both On-Demand and contracted help-desk support programs for desktops and servers. My computer was making some weird noises, and contiuned to have annoying pop-ups. I thought running my antivirus would fix the problems, but it didn't. I was forced to call someone to fix it. I was very skeptical after being burned by the Geek Squad 3 years ago, but this company did right by me. Mr. Hays fixed my computer and it has been running fine ever since. He even called a week later to check in and make sure everything was still running fine. I highly recommend this company for computer services.
Description of Work: Hays-IT came in and said that I had a bad virus. They fixed my computer up for me, and it is running like a new computer now. I was very impressed with Mr. Hays' knowledge.
