they were awesome, fast, beautiful and perfect work. everything came so beautiful, i did not expect it. they did the 2 floors in 2 days, they were very amazing, cleaned up after doing the job, no mess, i don't have any complain and it's unusual nowadays, I will also recommend them.

They service went alright, the color choice was kind of rushed and turned out to be a bad choice of color. The work was good though, they were quick, clean and careful.

The salesman showed up on time and I was impressed with the information he gave me on this company. After speaking with him, I was anxious to hear back from him. This was on July 3rd but after seven days, on July 10th , I still had not received an estimate. I called to let them know I had not gotten an email yet and the woman only said she would pass the information along. It is now July 18th and I have to assume they were not interested in pricing the job. As a retired owner of a business, I never dealt with potential customers this way and it's disappointing as a consumer to deal with someone who does.

The rep who bid the job was punctual and knowledgeable. The 2 man crew showed up on time, worked straight through to completion. The crew were polite, efficient and most importantly left NO mess at all.

We had our house built two years ago and have dealt with dozens of contractors and subcontractors, and Fresh Coat has been, by far, the best company we've worked with. First of all, I called three companies for estimates and Fresh Coat was the only one who even called me back! They gave me an estimate within 48 hours, and the work was performed within three weeks (during their busy season). Chris did the work and he was incredibly careful (we have Hardie siding and he was very careful not to damage it). His attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The quality of the work was phenomenal. I can't recommend Fresh Coat (and especially Chris) highly enough. I will never use another painter again.

Everything went well. I was not living in Ohio at the time, so I gave the owner a key to the house and they painted everything that I need done. They even came back and fixed things that I had noticed once I arrived in Ohio. Very nice guys on the phone and in person. Did a great job. I would hire them again.

They were very responsive and it looked like they would be very good. It's just that if anything I felt that they underbid a little bit and I was concerned that the scope was more than they could handle. I was very impressed overall. I just still went out for three quotes and accepted the one in the middle basically.

All companies quoted us for about two days worth of work. The crew showed up promptly every day and did solid work. They did take 3-4 days to finish, we we were ok with this. They were very detail oriented and listened to our specific concerns about some of the touch up and preparation work. There were a few small things that I did myself because I am a bit of a perfectionist. I did notice a large gap in our front facade and eventually (due to weather) someone came out to fix it. There was a bit of a miscommunication and the gap didn't get closed. I contacted the owner and he came out the next day to caulk and paint it.

They did wonderful work and were courteous and very neat. I would hire them again and also highly recommend them to others.

Fresh Coat of Hudson is an extremely professional company and they do great work. Everything from the response to my call and the estimate and official proposal for the work, to the actual paint job, was great. I have already had several comments about the incredible job they have done, especially on the lines/edges and how straight and perfect they are. Jerry, the owner, was prompt (even early) for the estimate and was very professional. He sent the proposal for the job to me within a few hours and they were able to paint the following week (it was a 3 day job).The crew, Dave and Rick, arrived on time each day and were pleasant and professional. Jerry also came first thing to be sure the crew had everything they needed to do the job right. I am very pleased with the way the house looks with the new paint job and will DEFINITELY use Fresh Coat of Hudson for any other painting needs in my home.

It went absolutely wonderfully. The workmen were exceptional, professional and precise. It was an older home with some amount of patching to do and all was done expertly. They took great care to do a professional job, gave time for us to inspect and cheerfully returned to address the few items we wanted touched up. Vinny, the project leader, was exceptional to work with. He was responsive and took care of everything on a timely basis, as well as explaining their work process . Estimator was prompt at appointment, very professional. On day one, two painters showed up on scheduled dates to remove wallpaper, stickers, that was stuck on one of the walls in the kid's bedroom, and day two, they came and finished painting. Everything was cleaned up, no debris or anything before they left. Called them to come back, which one of them promptly returned, and re-hinged the closet doors to one of the bedroom. Minor issue though easily fixed, painted one of the vents. Otherwise, very happy with the work. Invoice price was the same as the estimated price.

The team at Fresh Coat was great and very quick in their responses and giving us a proposal. We needed the second story of of our cedar-sided house above our arched glass solarium to be painted and couldn't get to it. The team at Fresh Coat figured out a way to do it safely and effectively at a good price.

They did an EXCELLENT job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional painters. Everyone in the crew was polite and respectful. I will be calling them again this spring to do one last thing, paint the front door.

From start to finish Jerry and his team were exceptionally punctual, fair, and professional. Prices very reasonable and very honest about additions/subtractions from original quote. Extremely easy to work with, and extremely responsive in answering questions via email or onsite. Painting crew was extremely friendly and worked well and professional around kids/pets. Absolutely recommend.
