Description of Work: Not sure of date. I had colonial house gutters replaced, with aluminum gutter guard on upper roof front and back, and screened gutter cover on lower roof front and back. Also had downs replaced and had them add adapter at junction into existing subterranean drains to street. | |I now have no ice buildup either in front or back upper gutters after 4+ winters. | |Was able to negotiate level of work, and therefore $s out of pocket. Very professional. | |Only small negative was that an upper roof fascia cover on back of house needed repair before install; which while it would have cost me more, didn't get identified until seen during Ferrari company owner inspected with me after complete job was done. Still will use company if I want to upgrade screened lower gutters.

 + 0 moreMy initial phone call was made on a Friday and was returned promptly. The work was scheduled and completed on the following Monday in a driving rain storm. I originally requested only cleaning of the gutters on the back of my house, but Tony inspected the rest of the gutters and cleaned all of them. He installed the screens that I provided, and also found a clogged downspout, disconnected it from the entrance into the ground and rerouted it. It was very helpful that I was not required to be present for the work to be completed. I am very happy with the service that was provided.

 + -1 moreORIGINAL CALL WAS FOR REPAIR SERVICE TO REAR GUTTER & FOR QUOTE ON A GUTTER PROTECTION SYSTEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT INTO OUR SCHEDULE & QUICKLY DID THE CLEANING & REPAIRS. WE HAD ASKED ABOUT A "SCREEN" SYSTEM ON THE GUTTERS. THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT THE "SCREEN" SYSTEM WAS A GOOD SYSTEM, BUT HE SHOWED & DEMONSTRATED A BETTER SYSTEM THAT WAS VERY CONVINCING. HE ALSO DISCOUNTED THE TOTAL COST OF THE GUTTER STUFF SYSTEM TO WITHIN $30 OF THE "SCREEN" SYSTEM. THIS GUTTER STUFF SEEMS VERY SATISFACTORY DURING HEAVY RAINS. INSTALLATION OF THE GUTTER STUFF WAS VERY QUICK & CLEAN.
