 + 0 moreTony responded to my telephone call immediately. Came out and gave an estimate. It turned out that the estimate was the exact final cost. He also prepared me for a 3 week wait for service. That was also exact - but well worth the wait. He and his team were professional, clean, honest and hardworking.
Description of Work: All gutters were replaced around the roof. New down spouts were also added. I also added the product called Leaf Relief so that no more leaves can clog up the gutters.

 + 0 moreMr. Ferrari easy to talk to and knowledgeable. An appointment was made for an estimate and Mr. Ferrari was punctual. He evaluated the situation carefully, calling one of his subcontactors to look at the job as part of the evaluation process. He provided a cost estimate immediately. Our contact with another company called in for an estimate was significantly less helpful. The work was scheduled to accomodate our schedules. The work was then done with care and attention to detail. The product exactly as described. All work was thoroughly and skillfully done in an unhurried way. All of the workmen were friendly and willing to answer questions asked. We would recommend this company to both family and friends. Excellent experience.
Description of Work: Old gutters and down spouts on the rear part of the home removed and new, larger gutters and down spouts installed. Leaf Relief protection finstalled on all new gutters. Complete gutter and down spout cleaning for upper & lower gutters on from of the home done.

 + -1 moreI called Tony last Fall to come out and clean the gutters... he did a great job then, so I called him again late this summer to give me a quote on gutter shields. He gave me prices on three items, from expensive to cheaper... .we went with the middle version. He came on a Tuesday morning, cleaned everything out and installed them. My wife didn't even know he was there he was so quiet. He replace a couple of nails that were missing from the gutters, and advised us that when we replace the roof, we should really replace the gutters as well. Tony was very friendly and very knowledgable. I won't hesitate to use him again every season.

 + -1 moreOur Tudor house has a concrete tile roof, which is unusual. Tony first talked to a roofer about working around it, so he wouldn't damage it. He cleaned the gutters and told us that there was a tile that had slipped into a valley (we couldn't see it from the ground unless we stood in our neighbor's yard two houses over). He is meticulous and does good work!

 + 0 moreThe work was completed on time, at the agreed upon price and was very well done once we were able to coordinate schedules, meet and get a quote. Once we got through some initial miscommunication, some of that on our end, we were very pleased with the work completed. We will be using Ferrari's service again in the future. Ron did identify an area of our gutters that were not correctly installed initially. He was not high pressure and only made the recommendation as an observation of what he would do if it were his house.
Description of Work: We had our gutters cleaned, replaced some damaged screening and replaced a down spout that the dog chewed up going after a chipmunk.

 + -1 moreExcellent service and reasonable cost. He quoted us about $75 by phone to clean and inspect the gutters on our ranch home. Our gutters have covers, but had been dripping, and didn't seem to be draining properly. He removed all debris, flushed them out, and provided us with an explanation for why we were having issues despite the covers. (One gutter at wrong pitch, and these particular covers don't provide complete coverage and leaves etc can still get in.) He gave me information on options to solve the problem, including replacing the gutters, a sample of the covers that he installs (which do provide complete coverage), although he also thought we'd be ok for a while now and did not put any sales pressure on me. He was up on the roof for at least an hour and a half, did a very thorough job, and was friendly and personable.

Description of Work: Sent in a request for gutter/spouting cleaning and drainage check via email and within minutes got a quote. Tony called before he arrived. Spent about 3 hours cleaning off our roof, gutters and checking our drains - Roof and gutters hadn't been cleaned in 3 years and we live in a heavily treed area. The final price was double which we were more than prepared to pay since the original quote was site unseen. Asked Tony if he saw any problems on the roof, gutters, spouting and drains which he pointed out the problems. Tony gave us a quote broken down - gutters and spouting. I didn't feel he pushed gutters/spouting at all and was patient explaining how the leaf relief gutters worked and the various charges. Don't know if we will get gutters as the owner is 93 years old but will definitely call Tony in the Fall to clean the roof, gutters and check the drainage again - we will keep up on this at least twice a year. Tony bagged up the debris (might be good to schedule an appointment the day before your garbage is picked up so you can dispose of the debris next day). Very little clean up except tree branches.

 + -1 moreI have used Ferrari Gutter Service twice now and can say that I will stay with them in the future. The gutters were as clean as they could be and I could tell he had flushed them out. He left the two bags of leaves and debris out to show me how much was sitting in the gutters. He left me an invoice by email which is very convenient.
Description of Work: I left an email for Tony to clean the leaves and debris out of my gutters. He also includes flushing the gutters and downspouts. He responded quickly and told me I was on his list and he would clean the gutters asap. He got back to me within the week (there was snowfall and lots of rain that week) and confirmed that weather permitting, he would get to the gutters. I appreciated his follow up call.

Called a number of vendors on Angie's List on Oct. 5, 2009. One never called me back; another's price and qualifications I wasn't sure about. Got Tony on first try. Explained what I needed. He was willing to arrange his schedule to meet my urgent need to complete this work, as rain was forecast during next 24-48 hours. He came out bright and early the next morning, Oct. 6. He did what he promised to do. Cleaned up very well. Did nice work. Properly angled the new gutter so there would be positive drainage to downspout. Would use him again and recommend him to my firends and neighbors.
