It was a great experience. We called and Tony responded a few hours later. We set up an appointment and he came when he said he would. He was professional and informative. We will use him again and would recommend him.

called Mr Ferriar on a tuesday to ask about his services and left a message. He called me back in a couple of hours. we set up a appointment for that sunday because that was the only time I would be home. he came out that sunday cleaned all my gutters on my house and detached gareage. told me the shape of the gutters it took about a half an hour. he was very professional and i was pleased with his work. would definatly hire him agian for next year!

I contacted the company to try and get our existing gutters fixed. Tony came out and that the design of the current hooded gutters, and their condition, were causing all of the drainage problems we were having. I decided to have him replace these gutters with new seamless ones, with the newer and more reliable mesh guards. Communications with Tony was great, and he kept us informed as to when we could expect the work to start. The guys came out on the day scheduled, and did a great job removing and replacing the gutters. I'd recommend Ferrari gutter to anyone needing any kind of gutter work.

It took a week for him to get back to me, and when he did the work had already been completed. He apologized and said he was swamped, which I completely understand because we had been getting a lot of rain.

We had a leaf relief system installed a few years ago. Wanted to make sure it was working and that gutters were clean. Tony also hammered in all loose gutter nails and added some screws to the system. He responds quickly and comes when he says he is coming.

I used them on December 14. They put an installation of 5 leaf relief for our existing gutters on the house. He just told you what he was going to do and didn't give you a long story about it. He's price is very reasonable. i would use them again in the future.

Install seems to have gone fine. Haven't had any big rains yet, so can't say how well the gutter screen product works yet.

They showed up when they said they would. They did an excellent job on the gutters and cleaned up and bagged all of the debris so there was no mess left behind. I intend to use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

I am very pleased with Tony Ferrari's work! My new gutters are working perfectly. He gave me a prompt estimate via email. He gave me a small window of dates when the work would be done. He replaced the gutters exactly the week he said he would. I didn't have to do any yard clean-up. Then, he emailed an invoice. He made the process so easy! I will definitely use his company again to clean my gutters twice a year.

Gutters needed cleaned due to fall leaves. This is now the second time we have used this service and they have proven to be prompt, professional and do a thorough job. Would recommend.

Tony gets back to your ASAP about scheduling an appointment and is very flexible in providing a time that works for you. He gets right to work, does a great job clearing debris from the gutters and is timely and efficient. His prices are extremely reasonable as well, and we have been very pleased with his services. We have since had Tony out again to clear our gutters in preparation for the winter season. We will continue to use Ferrari Gutter Services in the future.

The service technician that came out eliminated a wall seepage problem with the recommendation of a commercial grade gutter covering system in one particular problem area. It worked so well we are considering having it installed on the rest of the house.

We actually had him out to give us an estimate about a year before we had the work done. He was very professional, he knew exactly what we needed, and didn't pressure us to purchase anything else. He called frequently during the year to check in with us to see if we were ready for the work yet, so we always had his number available, and the needed work was always on our mind. So....finally, we agreed on a date to have the work done. He came out during the day while we were at work, got the job done, cleaned up so well that we didn't even realize he had been there! He emailed an invoice, and made the whole process very convenient for us...which is SO important as far as we're concerned. Highly recommend!

Tony was very responsive in returning my call and was able to schedule service in a timely manner. Our gutters were in dire need of a good cleaning out and a very thorough job was completed. He called before arriving and provoded excellent service. I would definately recommend and hire again.

Tony Ferrari came to my house to give me an estimate the last week of October 2011. He said they were scheduling several weeks out for installations in November. I said I was fine waiting a few weeks but definitely wanted to get the gutter replaced before winter since it was falling down on one corner and the first snow would probably pull it off. The price was good and the sample gutter/leaf guard looked good so I signed the form locking me into the service. I didn't hear from Ferrari gutter service again until December when 6 wks after my estimate I called them to ask when they were coming out. Tony said they would get to my gutter the week before Christmas. Christmas passed. Two months after my initial estimate and without any advance warning that they were showing up at my house - December 28th, I woke up to a man standing on a ladder over my bedroom, tearing off my gutter - a position which also gave him a direct view into my bedroom window which you can't actually see in from the ground. When I went outside (angry of course) that strange men were tearing up my house (men who by the way had no identifying information on their truck or clothes to identiy themselves as Ferrari Gutter Service), the crew leader said "I never said I would call". He said he knocked, but my three dogs that bark at slightest sound, they hard made any noise so he didn't knock very loud or long enough for me to hear it in the back of the house - something that a 10 second phone when they were on their way to my house would have solved. When they finished, they left without a word – no chance to ask questions or actually look at the work before they left, and they left no information on product or warranty. I was surprised by the whole interaction - it wasn't what I expected from my interaction with Tony himself (and from the great reviews they got on Angie’s list). I emailed Tony to tell him my experience. He called and apologized, said his crew is always professional and he was surprised as well, he answered my questions about the product and said he would send me product/warranty information in the mail. Seven months later I’ve never received anything else from them. Not only would I not use Ferrari Gutter Service again for anything new, if I had a problem with the product they installed I probably wouldn’t call them to repair it knowing what kind of service I could expect.

He was very quick and thorough. I would hire him again.

Best my gutters have ever been cleaned!

It went well in terms of the work. The only thing that was a little difficult or confusing was scheduling. We did that through email. I realize that when it comes to gutters in the fall (last minute) it's tricky to schedule because of the weather. So, after about a month, I hadn't gotten a definite confirmation about Tony doing the job and I decided to look for someone else because it was getting too late in the season. I did find another person who I was expecting to come out. One morning I was in the basement and when I came up, I heard something going on on my roof! When I went outside there was a man on my roof cleaning my gutters. I thought it was the second person I spoke with who I had expected to come out that day or the next. But, when I called his name, he didn't say anything. So, I asked him what his name was and he said he was Tony from Ferrari Gutters. I told Tony that I hadn't heard back so I was expecting someone else that day or the next - for a lower price than what he quoted me. Tony said that as long as he was already there, he'd do the job for the lower price. So, I said fine! I asked him to trim some branches that were touching my roof, which he did and I agreed to pay him his original amount which now included the extra branch trimming, so I thought that was very reasonable. He also gave me recommendations about gutter covers and a quote. I know I need them, but I haven't had the money. He didn't push me. I think I would call him for that service when I can afford it. I thought he did a good, neat job and was very nice and professional.

Using Angie's List coupon for gutter cleaning I called Ferrari in Stow to make arrangements. They arrived promptly as arranged for the cleaning and offered to give estimate for replacing gutters with Leaf Relief and installation of new downspouts. Gutters were cleaned quickly and all debris removed; was impressed with profesionalism and accepted estimate. Gutter, faxcia and downspout work begun and completed next day, very careful with shrubbery. These people are champs!

They did a very first class job. I'm quite pleased with the work they did. They were accommodating in working me into their busy schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted them about cleaning the gutters through their website. I input my contact information and selected the type of service needed (gutter cleaning). When they contacted me, I was informed that they were backlogged with appointments. I was okay with this. I asked about an advertisement on the website offering gutter cleaning for $50. They gave me an estimate, which I cannot remember the exact price but I think it was over $100. I was advised the offer was no longer valid. I mentioned I wanted to turn my water line off for the winter, but I was told it needed to stay on for them to use, so I kept it on. I was told they would come out and perform the services and leave the bill on the front door. I asked if he could contact me, so I could turn the water on before he came. I was told they could not because my appointment may be fit inbetween other appointments. I haven't heard from them since and my gutters have not been cleaned. I've decided to go with another company and will not be needing their services. edit: 1/23/12 I just recently received a voicemail that he wanted to know when he could expect his payment. He said he was expecting to hear from me on how he was going to receive payment from me. He never did the work and I had to call someone else. I do not know why he is contacting me for payment. I feel that he might be running some type of scam. I spoke with him again on the 25th, and he was not aware that the service had not been performed. He hired additional workers, and they told him the job was done. When I explained that they never showed up, he apologized and assured me that he was not trying to run any kind of scam.

Everything was done as promised, including very helpfull on recomending compedent escavator for drainage system. Overall excellent start to finish, including clean-up afterwards.

Tony was very nice and friendly. Will use him again for future work. Would recommend him as well.
