+ -1 moreSHE WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND & I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HER WORK. THERE WERE AT LEAST 20 SPOTS ON MY CARPET BUT WHEN SHE FINISHED THE JOB, IT LOOKED LIKE NEW!
