Description of Work: Came to inspect garage door and do tune-up. Arrived promptly, did work quickly. No problems. Worker was nice. Gave recommendations for additional work I could choose to do, but no pressure.

Description of Work: Service call and new door opener.

Description of Work: The bottom roller came out of the track. The fix was within the 30 day time frame so no payment was necessary. The man who fixed it checked to make sure there were no other issues.

Description of Work: This was a coupon deal offered through Angies list. My big disappointment was that they could not help with our garage door opener which works, but opens and closes spontaneously. I was told that the coupon was only for a "tune - up" . Basicly checking the springs and the runners and lubricating where neccessary. And that I would have to schedule another appointment for my problem. The cost of a service person coming to the house is $72.00 and the price is calculated from there by 15 minute intervals. The upshot is that our garage door opens and closes smoothly, but we still have to operate it by hand because our electrical problem was not addressed and I couldn't afford to spend more than the $69.00 that I had already spent for the Coupon. It would have been nice if they offered to give me $69.00 credit toward a repair call instead of just doing the work they did.
