Description of Work: Very impressed. Scheduled quickly and arrived as promised. Had to have garage door spring replaced. He also checked both of our garage doors and explained what was done. Another company wanted 3 times what we paid and offered to " negotiate". I'm glad we thought they were out of line and called Action Door. They will be our first voice from now on. The serviceman was very nice and professional.

We accessed this through one of Angie’s List deals. They were very quick in responding to our request once we called them.

+ -1 moreWe signed up for the Garage Door Tune-up through Angie's List and when they came out to complete the service they noticed that a spring was broken and we had several other problems. All of the problems were fixed at the time of the initial visit and we couldn't be more pleased. We have already told several people about the company and we recommend this company highly.

+ -1 moreHe called before he came and arrived on time. The work didn't take very long and he answered all my questions. Not much to tell. I NEVER GIVE A COMPANY OR PERSON AN EXCELLENT RATING.
Description of Work: Check tension and lubricate door. This is all he did. I bought this special on line (Angies List Special) just to see what I received for $69.00. I was do to preform this work myself. If you can't use a ladder it's worth it. He won't do any other work you would have to call and make an appointment. I have a screw drive and the lube doesn't last that long on it or the door tracks. I would not use the lube special again. I would consider to use them for other problems. If you have a screw drive after lubrication make sure you wipe off build up of lube at both ends of screw track. It will drip on your car.

+ -1 moreI was so pleased with the service. The serviceman came promptly when scheduled. I was on a conference call for work at the time and communicated by hand signals. He went straight to work and when I was done with the call, my door was in perfect working order. He had done the "tune up" sorts of things - oil, etc. He also found the source of my door sticking. It was a bent rail on one side which he fixed. this was included in the tuneup cost, no additional charge. My door opens quietly (for a garage door) now. This was an excellent service and I would not hesitate to use them again at full price!
Description of Work: I had a half off coupon for a garage door tuneup. My house is 4 years old and this winter for the first time, the door got stuck a number of times, plus tried to stop a lot more, and made a lot of noise.

Description of Work: Someone came out in response to the Angie's List Big Deal. He inspected the door, oiled and cleaned it. Suggested that the automatic door opener was old and he was surprised it still worked. (I hadn't told him that we'd replaced major parts of it a few years ago.)
