Description of Work: Action Door installed new torsional springs to replace broken ones. Technician used a tremendous amount of standard motor oil to lubricate hinges which dripped all over the floor and nearly got on my car. Action Door could not get the technical back to my house the same day to clean up the mess, so I cleaned it up myself and received a 25% discount off the bill for the hours time it took to clean up. I later learned from a friend that there is a garage door lubricant which is thicker and does not drip. The technician also left dirty hand prints on walls and door. Action Door was the highest quote but can recommended by a co-worker and had a good rating on Angie's list. Very Disappointing.

Description of Work: Replace stripped gear in garage door opener. The person on the phone wad knowledgeable about door openers and asked the right questions. The appointment was set. The technician arrived on time and was clean and professional. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, adjusted the settings and gave a some maintenance advise.
