It went great! They look great as well

Very good. Our roof was leaking so Windows R Us started immediately and finished within days. We were very grateful.

#1 They always keep their appointments. We have never had trouble getting ahold of them. #2 The price is always what you've anticipated. #3 Work is done in a timely manner and they clean up after themselves. #4 They make sure we are satisfied with the job done. #5 They allow for some creativity! (We wanted to implement an idea in a bathroom block window and Sean Creegan helped to make it happen - very cool!)

Sam and his crew were very professional and did the job on coldest day of December (at that time). Will be getting quote to replace siding.

After being promised I would receive a call back. This one never came. After making several calls over a period of about 3 weeks and being told Sean would call but never receiving a call I am trytng to find another company. Wish me luck. No matter what the company says they do not do small jobs.

Overall, it went very smooth. No complaints.

Met them at a expo and bought their line about quality product and service, such as you'll never even know we were there. We definitely knew they were here because they made very little effort to clean up after themselves, brought my wife to tears. Dust and bits of trash in every room they worked in and outside on the lawn as well. Evidence was also left behind on every window frame because believe it or not, they used hammer and chisel to take out the old windows making huge gouges in the frame. Their remedy? They gave us a used can of stain with instructions how to make the gouges disappear. The kitchen windows also had moisture buildup most mornings. Were they remorseful for such slovenly work? The boss claimed that the crew I had was the most experienced and couldn't believe my complaints. Well, when he came down a couple of days later the mess was gone, nobody could leave their house like that. But the frame scars were there and thats when he gave me the can of stain. As I write this there are workers from Pella installing new windows (frame and all). Except for tools left behind, these guys leave very little evidence that construction work had been done. WindowRUs use a monkey in their advertisements. I'm at a loss about what the monkey represents, their workers or the perceived mentality of the customers.

We contracted with Windows R Us for vinyl siding, 11 windows, gutters, downspouts, and the replacement of a new 10x16 second story wooden deck with railing. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with, their installers were very polite,friendly, prompt, and professional. When we expressed concern about white trim on corners of house, rather than trim that match they siding, they promptly and without hesitation said, "no problem!" and ordered trim to match. Everything was cleaned up and removed from the yard when work was completed. While the work was being done, the work area was cleaned up, secured, and was never in the way of our daily lives. It has been one year since the work was done, and we have had no problems, issues or complaints. We are planning on having four additional windows replaced later this summer. Before contracting with them, we spent much time shopping around. The price for our siding varied through estimates between what we paid, and up to $10,000 above what we paid Windows R Us. We would definitely recommend them to our friends (and we have!), and will use them again should the need ever arise for any work that they can do!

They came about 10 in the morn and stayed till 10 at night till the job was completely done ....everything works great aqnd we could not be happier.

Although they advertise the window price as $188 (installed) each, there are additional charges i.e. exterior window trim ($75 each), a tear and haul away fee of $150 plus a shipping & handling fee. None the less, I was pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of the work.

This is the second time I have dealt with this company. This second team could have been a little neater, but overall they were professional. The windows are quite good for the price

Everything went smoothly. It only took 3 weeks for the windows to come in compared to 8 weeks with another window company. Installation took place on the day promised and was done in a professional manner.

Windows R Us in Harmony was a great Company to work with.They came and measured as promised, gave us different options, and installed without any hassles!

Over the past 6 months, we have contracted with this company to replaced two large windows, 8 standard sized windows, new siding, gutters, downspouts, and just this week, a second story deck. I have been very pleased with the service, the workers, the owner, and the quality of materials. The owner is great to work with, and out of three different crews of workers that did the various different jobs (window crew, siding crew, and deck crew), I can honestly say every single one was courteous, polite, and efficient! Everything was cleaned up when each job was completed, and even at the end of each work day, the equipment left to be used for the next day was not strewn all over the place, but neatly organized. We opted not to replace the windows in the garage, since they are not that visible and rarely used, but with everything else looking so great, we will be replacing those this summer too! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of exterior construction or remodeling done to their home! Thank you so much Sean and Windows R Us!!!

They were wonderful. At the beginning, they had some people who were still new working on the job. The owner came out and would pull in some more experience people to continue working. In the end, everything was done perfectly.

The experience was very good. Even though it was a small job I received great attention. Very neat and professional.

Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. The price was very good, and the gentlemen actually doing the work were quick, clean and did everything correctly the first time. I've had absolutely no problems with my new windows and I would not hesitate to deal with Windows R Us again.

They were very polite. They were on-time. I have actually recommended them to other people. The price he did was good. There was no hidden cost. There was no pressure to buy. The man called when I was not there. I called back and they did not answer.

. I think I pretty much covered the start to finish but here goes: We needed a new kitchen window for both our main floor kitchen and the rec room kitchen along with a new dining room windows. All windows are oversized and all were as old as our fifty-year-old home. We saw a Windows R Us truck and workers doing a job for our neighbors and my husband went down to ask them if someone could call us about an estimate. The call came that same day and we were able to schedule the estimate for that afternoon. The first contact we had was with the owner's son and he was not only knowledgeable but patient with our many questions. He showed us samples of what we could order, gave us advice about what would be the best for our purposes and wallet and gave us a price we could not refuse. I need to say that at this point we had already been visited by two other companies with estimates of a minimum of $500.00 per window, installed and a low of $900.00 for the screen door replacement. With a discount from an online source we ended up paying around $1500.00 for three windows and a beautiful door, including high end solid brass locks, trim and door hardware. The installations were performed on time and with complete professionalism. The company followed up to make sure we were content with the job they performed for us. We will definitely use them again for our window, door and other similar needs.

Two representatives from Windows R Us came to our residence, did a visual assessment and climbed up on the roof to look. They were very honest and explained why the wind damage to our roof had happened. They pointed out specific issues and how they would rectify them. They gave us an estimate of $5700.00. My husband and I went out and secured a loan and when it was processed we contacted Windows R Us. They scheduled the work to be done within the week. The roofing crew showed up Friday morning and had 85% of the roof done by the evening. They returned Saturday morning to finish the job and even magnet swept the yard to remove any nails and debris. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. The total cost of the job was exactly what the estimate was--$5700.00. The only trouble we had was the removal of the dumpster from our driveway. There was some type of miscommunication within the company about whose responsibility it was to remove the dumpster, and it sat in our driveway for seven days after the job was complete. It took three phone calls to sort it out. Overall, the experience was positive and the only complaint we had was with the dumpster.
