it went really good. he did the work and explained how the treatment solution that he used would fix the problem I was having was going to be resolved. I have not seen anymore bees come back. and he gave me a tip to remedy my bee sting. I would definitely use them again.

We have been clients of Rose Pest Solutions since 1981. Our cedar log house is located in the woods. When we moved in, were already had carpenter ants. We tried another service, but the worker was different every month. Since having Rose Pest Solutions we have only had two workers. We trust them so thoroughly, that we have even left out house unlocked for them to come and service while we were at work. We have been highly satisfied with the job they do and are pleased to say that we are "bug free!" A few years ago we were bothered with mice in our basement. They helped up out with that as well for no extra cost.

The woman who took the initial phone call was very helpful and informative. She emailed instructions for the tenant to prepare for the treatment. The technician was prompt, professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable helpful in answering my questions. Their treatment solved the problem.

Service personnel was on time. Very efficient. Explained to tenant what he was doing and why. Tenant was well pleased and so am I (landlord). Price because they did not find live roaches was no charge.
Description of Work: Service personnel checked for roaches and other pests. Checked each room, drawers, closet, found 1 dead roach. Gave some preventative suggestions to tenant.
