Horrible. For 2 weeks they kept telling us they would call us and come to fix our spa. No calls were returned, even when we went to the business a few times. They promised to come the following week. We will NEVER recommend this company. We finally contacted a business in Pittsburgh, they came the next day and fixed the leak. There are 2 other companies reasonably close, punctual and dependable

Oliver sold us the pump for our pool and we needed a part that had gone bad. They had the part, but it wasn't the right size. I needed to confirm on my cellphone that it would work. When I was done with my phone call, I had to wait another 45 minutes!!! because 4 other customers had come into the shop to have their water tested or a filter replaced. They had 3 employees working in the retail shop, but two were BUSY in an office. Other customers were loudly HINTING that more help was needed in the store, but the woman behind the counter just took her time. If I could have found the part any where else within 30 miles, I would have left the store. This lack of customer service has always been part of Oliver Pools. They sell good products and did a good job of installing our pool liner, but customer service is not something that is done at all in the retail shop. I purchased my pool supplies for about 10 years from Oliver until I decided that they really didn't want my business any more. Now I purchase my pool supplies any where else that I go.
