 + -1 moreHe came out and did things that he didn't need to do, was very professional and polite. ?He explained everything to me before he even did it. ?He also cleaned up after himself and work. ?He is not your average repair man, he went above and beyond and had great customer service.

 + 2 moreI called to get a ballpark estimate and basically become more informed about what to do with an unfortunate looking bath tub in a rental unit. FSM got back to us right after the holiday (We'd called right before Thanksgiving.) and was very helpful in helping us to analyze our situation. I would definitely call them in the future as I appreciated their openness and honesty. Plus, they do already have a good reputation in our area which is always helpful!

Description of Work: I used Fort Steuben Maintenance for handyman work. They repaired a hole in my plaster ceiling because I had a leak from the upstairs to the downstairs.

 + 1 moreFor the work done in April I called and made an appointment and they finished the job a few weeks later when they had free time from other jobs. When I tried to hire them again is when the problems arose, they were busy so I would call back every couple of weeks to find out if they could do the work. The secretary, apparently tired of me calling then told they would be out the next week, which they never showed up or called to cancel the appointment, they just didn't show up.
Description of Work: I've had them do electrical work, plumbing and plaster repair work and the people who do the work do an excellent job, they are professional and really do quality work. The front office does not return calls and has made appointments that not only were not kept but they never called to inform they were not coming. We they do come they do excellent work but scheduling them can be a problem at times.
