+ -1 moreDave Rowland was great to work with. He was thorough in his assessment of the roof and what it needed. He offered samples and suggestions. I have a large, 2-story home and they were in and out in 2 days. The work site was cleaned at the end of the day. I have hardly found any remnants in my yard or landscaping, they cleaned very thoroughly. I am extremely pleased!

+ -1 moreGood quality work. Good quality roofing. Cleaned up daily & end-of-job well. I've waited a few seasons to review to allow for any issues to crop up. Have had no issues through 3+ seasons. Contractor even provided samples of several gutter guards when I questioned his offering. I went with his original suggestion & seems to be working great. Good job Mr. Rowland & crew!
Description of Work: Single layer roofing tear-off & install new roof on 2-story home. Also installed perforated metal gutter guard.

+ -1 moreOur roof was less than 2 years old and we had been trying to get some leaks fixed for 15 months. The original installer failed to resolve the issues and would not return calls. Dave Rowland assessed the situation, gave quotes, and completed the repairs in two steps. He was polite and professional. He completed the work UNDER his quoted amount. He was prompt and responsive. He figured out the problem and repaired our roof and we are leak-free at last!! Rowland Roofing also completed some roof repair work at our daughter's home. Again, he was prompt, efficient, met his commitments, and resolved her roof problems completely. It was money well spent. We highly recommend Rowland Roofing in Springfield, Ohio.

+ -1 moreHE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD COME. HE WORKED WITH MY SELF AND MY INSURANCE PEOPLE TO GET THE MOST FOR MY MONEY. THE WORK WAS COMPELTELY EXACTLY LIKE AND WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE. GREAT SERVICE GRET PRICE.
Description of Work: HE REPAIRED SEVERAL ISSUES FRO WIND DAMAGE AROUND MY HOUSE SUCH AS SHINGLES, VENTS, SIDING, ETC. HE ALSO COMPELTELY REROOFED THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND PORCH WITH 3 DIMENTIONAL SHINGLES THAT LOOK GREAT.
