The technicians were great with communication, arrived when expected and did a great job. They not only cleaned all the gutters but made sure the downspouts were clear. Our roof is very high on the one side as we have a tri level built on a hill and they got up there and knew what they were doing and got it done. Really saved us a lot of stress and headache. Would definitely use them again, very professional and extremely well priced job!

The two women were done in 3 hours, they had up to snuff equipment, were professional,friendly, quick in and out. One half basement window was overlooked, its my fault, I should have checked it. Highly recommend this group, will hire again next year.

Making an appointment was easy. The people came at the appointment time. The employees are very professional. There are two windows on my home that are a little tricky to reach and they worked together to figure it out. My windows were filthy and now they SPARKLE! This is the third year I have used Perry's Window Cleaning and I recommend them. Last year I had a small problem with two windows and they returned and recleaned them.

They were supposed to arrive about 3:00 PM and did not arrive until about 5:00 PM. I was working outside all day mowing, etc. so was not inside to receive the owners call about 4:20 PM. He had left a message which I received about 4:45 in which he kept repeating loudly "Are you home? Are you home?". I wonder if he thought I was avoiding his call? Anyway I returned his call intending to reschedule, but he would have none of that. He insisted his other team would be there in about 45 minutes. He was very apologetic about the late hour when he also came by, to deliver my receipt. I did understand his problem, but he didn't understand that I had been working outside all day and about 4:00 PM I was more than ready to call it a day and get a cool shower, but instead had to wait for them to arrive. They did a fair job cleaning the windows but there are some streaks in the upper corners, although overall the windows are greatly improved. They were very courteous and very nice to load all the screens into my van for me to take to have repaired.

We have Pella windows that must be taken apart to clean the inside. Window blinds and wood dividers needed to be removed and cleaned. They sent two people that did a excellent job. They were fast, paid attention to detail and knew what they were doing. My wife and myself were very pleased.

Did an excellent job. Workers were friendly, effecient and thorough. Will use them again when windows get dirty and in Ohio they get dirty.

They did a great job! Not only were they on time, but they pointed out an issue of potential leakage around one of the windows that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

I didn't think the cleaning was done as well as in the past when Perry Window Cleaning came out to my house. They were very nice people and in that respect they would deserve an A. There were some minor problems, for example I found some spots on the window sill where the water dripped. They had scheduled us and couldn't make it the first time so they had to reschedule for another day or two later. They were very professional and the price was good. It just wasn't as good as what I had expected.

This is a family business and all are involved with the window wahing. They bring their own water for the outside windows that has been specially filtrated to free it from all impurities. This is hosed onto the windows and squeegee dried leaving our windows sparkling clean. Inside windows received the regular treatment. All came with the guarantee that they would return and redo if necessary. Communication was a real plus with notifications and reminders both by email and phone. They were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be contacting them again.

I thought that was really great and I was so impressed. Even though it's winter time, it's really nice to look at your windows when they're clean. Last year, I hide back surgery and I wasn't able to clean the windows so it's so nice to have them. It only took them like an hour and a half. I have 14 windows. I was very pleased with them when they dusted all my ceiling fans which needed to be cleaned really bad and I don't have to pay extra fee for that. I can't get up on a ladder so that was really nice. They were pretty punctual, they were just a little late that the roads were not good. I thought they wouldn't be able to do it but they were able to do it. They were very pleasant and they got things done in a timely manner. I was really satisfied with them and I would use them again without a doubt in my mind. The price is very reasonable.

Professionally cleaned all 32 windows in the house (Deal covered first 14), inside and out, including screens. They did a great job, were efficient and gave me no concerns about having them in my house. I was very pleased with their service and would hire them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was nice. Even though it has rained, it still looks nice. They were on time and they cleaned up. Everything was fine. I was happy with it. I will definitely use them again. Everything was excellent and wonderful. There were no problems at all.

Not only did they clean the windows inside and out, they also went out of their way to make sure the windows would go up and down properly.

The team was quick and did an excellent job with the windows. They checked each others work to assure that all windows were completed properly. Would definitely hire them again!

Cleaned screens on all windows and screen door

The crew of 3 was pleasant, professional, tidy and fast. I had always cleaned my own windows in past, but was never able to get them this clean.

They cleaned all my windows inside and out also cleaning the screens. They also cleaned 3 mirrored closet doors.

They were great. Showed up on time and took great care that all windows were clean inside and out. Even scrapped off old paint and stains. Fabulous job.

Three people arrived to do the job. They were friendly, considerate and professional. It took almost 3 hours. They were careful to do a thorough job. We will call on them again in the future. The Angie's Deal was $99 for $200 service and we went over with more windows to $146. Good price and good work!

Three people came to my home to wash my glass. I had purchased an Angie's List special deal from Perry's window washing. I have a small house with few windows. They looked all over the house to suggest every glass surface so that I would get the full benefit of $200.00 worth of cleaning for my $99.00 special deal!! They did a sliding door and screen as well as a huge living room window. The storm door never looked so good. Although my garage is full of my household goods (I am doing a great deal of redecorating), they wanted to clean that window using a poll--it looks great and now shines. Even a mirror temporarily stored in the garage was attacked with vigor. My garden shed with mounted flower boxes under three windows are as clean as my house now--as I said, they really wanted me to get full value for my coupon. WOW! They ARE serious about their reputation of providing good service for the dollar spent. After the job was done in record time, they went around the house to make sure each window looked the way they wanted it to look. Very pleasant crew. Very thorough. Very efficient. Very committed to their job. No problem asking for them again to do a job that used to be routine for me to do in my younger days. What a great treat I bought for myself!!!

The crew were polite, friendly, and more than competent. They worked quickly and left everything just as they found it - except for the sparkling clean windows, of course. I didn't even have to remove the curtains or other things in the rooms. They moved what they needed to and replaced when done. Once they got started, after all the details were discussed, they made virtually no impact on what my husband and I were doing at the time. They just went right to work and focused on what they were here for. Just a great experience!
